Overall not a terrible place. However, I bought a herbal G slim pen vaporizer for $35. Amazon has them for $15 and they have a no return policy. I found a lot of their stuff to later be extremely overpriced. Just get it online and save yourself some money. As for the employees they all seem to be Indian at every location. Is this an issue? No, but its harder to understand and their unwillingness to hire other ethnicities/sex is concerning and lowers their potential customer service. I want to talk to an actual stoner behind the counter that knows what they are talking about not someone that provides low cost labor. Cmon now. I recommend going to a Planet K or any other head shop.

Ive been going to this shop exclusively for the past 4 months now and for a very good reason. The staff is incredibly friendly and down to earth and their selection of juices, box mods, and tanks is fantastic. Whatever they dont have in stock, they will happily order for you. Ive been to plenty around the area, and while they all have their good qualities, supernova is the only shop I know that sells 120 ml bottles of e-juice at a price under $30. Paired with the aforementioned, its obvious why I chose this shop as my primary source of vapeware.

I go to this store on regular basis to get all my things. And i always get best customer survive. But last Saturday when i went in i was not attended by any one. There was a girl in the store and white dude with beards they had no concern on what i was looking for but they were busy talking to each other all time. I didnt like the attitude of the girl as well she was rude. And the guy was just use abusive words in front of the customers. I dont like to write bad reviews but they left me with no option.

Absolutely amazing people right here. Went on a store to get some hookah pot and flavours. Thay have such a good team to educate and sell them for a very good price, coparitively i could get stuff for way lot for a cheaper price with the good quality which last longer. Appreciate for the hospitality boys. Best price in the town.

SKETCHY! I tried buying a kit....only to be sold a malfunctioning kit for slightly less price. As soon as i went home the kit wasnt working. The dudes in the shop are lame, SKETCHY, and rude so i just asked for my money back instead. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a bad review...but damn they earned it!

I am a frequent customer to this store. And when ever I visit this place I never get disappointed by the variety of items they carry in the store. Their price are really low comparatively to other stores in san Antonio. And the staff are super friendly and funny. Ill keep on coming back. Thanks super nova

I wish I could leave a negative star review this place is horrible. Bunch of knock off China crap being sold as the real deal! Dont waste your money. I was going in every two days to buy butane and one defective can and the pos wouldnt exchange it. Totally lost a customer
