Ive always heard this place is horrible to do business with but despite my reservations, my wife thought she wanted a specific table that was advertised in November 2016. It didnt take much probing into the table by me to realize it was cheap junk, despite that, she still liked it. The fact that it was coated with plastic and literally painted to look like wood didnt phase my wife. Regrettably we purchased the table for about $400. This is the worst spent $400 I think Ive ever been involved with. I would rather light $400 on fire before spending at this establishment. The purchase was finalized November 25, 2016, it is now February 3, 2017 and the table has not been delivered. January 20, 2017 we were finally contacted and advised the table would be delivered on January 25, 2017. This was long after the date we were given at the time of purchase but we didnt really care too much. We were advised that we would be 14th in line on delivery day and that they would contact us about 30 minutes out. Thinking thats an odd way of doing business, we cleared our schedule nonetheless. We waited and waited and waited and they never came by or called. Finally, about 9 pm on January 25, 2017 we received a call from the driver advising that his truck had broken down earlier in the day but he would be stopping by regardless. I wasnt very happy about clearing a whole day for them to show up at 9 pm but I know life does happen. About 9 pm when they did finally arrive they attempted to deliver the table but we sent back because it was brought into the house badly damaged. Very badly damaged. The delivery driver was cordial when he advised me that we "could touch the damages up with wood paint and wood markers". I respectfully declined and said an undamaged product should be delivered instead. He was very nice and professional and took the furniture back. About a week later we received another call to reschedule the new table delivery on February 2, 2017. They advised us that we would get a call a day before on February 1, 2017 to let us know what place our delivery was in. The call never came on 2/1/17 so when 2/2/17 came about I called and asked what time the table would be delivered that day. They advised me after several minutes on hold that we werent on the schedule at all. She advised me that she would get me on the February 3, 2017 delivery truck and that she would call me back the afternoon of 2/2/17 to let me know our place. The call never came. On Friday, February 3, 2017 I once again called to see what time the delivery would take place. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes only to be advised that I wasnt on the 2/3/17 schedule either. The associate named Reagan advised me that she scheduled me for delivery on the following Monday 2/6/17 and I told her thats unacceptable. Once again I was put on hold for about 10 minutes, when she came back to the phone she said "we can get you in on 2/4/17". Reagan said "thats fine" in response to my telling her we will definitely not be buying anything from here again. I also said we would do what we can to avoid others from buying from them. Reagans response was the same.

WOW, Is there anyway I can give this company NO stars.... Im not even comfortable with giving them one star. It absolutely amazes me that a business of this size has such poor customer service. I wish I wouldve read these reviews before I purchased here. I waited over 2 weeks to pick up my king bed I ordered. Not such a big deal, I agreed when I purchased it. I went and picked up the bed yesterday, got it home opened the box for the headboard pulled back the thin layer of padding it was wrapped in and right away I noticed the wood on the top of head board completely split in two. I opened the other 2 boxes to verify the pieces in them was not damaged and they look good. I called Ashley right when they opened this morning to find out if I could return the bed to them and have them order another piece. Wrong I was.... come to find out they have a special "tech" that has to come to my house inspect the broken piece and then order me a new piece. Not a big deal right??? Wrong the soonest they can get a tech out is a week from the day I picked up the bed??? WOW, they must be SOOOO covered up with problems they cant possibly keep up. I offered to take the bed down to the store itself.... Wrong. I was told it would take even longer for the tech to inspect it?????? WTH you say.... I said well surely you dont need a "tech" to look at a broken piece of wood. Basically the employees at this branch cant tell if there is a huge crack right through the middle of a piece of wood about the size of a 2x3 and a jagged crack to boot. I told Amy that I spoke with that I would never do business with this company again and her reply "sorry you feel that way". I also told her I didnt want to wait another 3 weeks to put my bed together. her reply. "Well it could take up to 6 weeks to get the replacement"???????? Ill tell you right now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT... After all is said and done. Please believe me people "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY" ALL THESE REVIEWS THAT GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS ARE BOGUS. SURELY EMPLOYEES TRYING TO SAVE THERE JOBS... Please do not fall for it. read all the reviews and you will see that this company is a joke. After 35 phone calls and months of waiting Ashley Furniture will not take care of the problem. There where a lot of promises made for months on Ashleys part and they finally told us they will not replace the broken piece of furniture we received. I CONTACTED THE BBB AND THE SUPPOSED GENERAL MANAGER REPLIED WITH. "We have offered to come out and repair the broken piece with sandpaper, wood filler and stain"... I did not pay $700 dollars for a repaired piece of furniture. This whole experience with this company has been SOOOOOOO terrible that I am taking it upon myself to make sure that everyone I know and anyone I can tell, knows this place does bad business... I will be writing bad reviews for every Ashley furniture in my area. hopefully I can save Ashley Furnitures next "VICTIM" from having to deal with this company..... BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!

back in July of 2012 my sister and I both purchased beds I also purchased two temperpedic pillows. and my sister purchased a bedroom set and a bed pillow topper. it took them 6 weeks to deliver our purchases. when they delivered my stuff they forgot one of the pillows at the warehouse. When they delivered my sisters stuff, they didnt ran the furniture into our wall chipping our newly painted room. The deliver guys were very rude, they didnt have one of the springboards or her pillow topper. it took them another week before they came back out to fix that we still didnt get the pillow topper. I didnt receive my pillow for another month. we called for about 2 months straight left several voice mails. the costumer service was awful except for one very nice lady who no longer works there, due to the fact that she felt that Ashleys didnt really care about their customers. It is now February of 2013 and we have been on the phone again with them since December 2012, we called to ask them where our pillow topper was and they kept telling us they would call us back, we ended up being the ones constantly calling. Finally my sister got a hold of some one and she, very rudely, told her she would order it and get back to us. why they didnt think to order it 6 months ago is beyond me. I recently called to see where our item was and they said they would call me back. They called me back 5 minutes before closing and I was busy so I could not get back to them. she said she was going to call me back today and she hadnt so i called and after being on hold for 20 minutes I finally spoke to some one and she got my information and then put me on hold for another 10 minutes. she finally told me that the pillow topper we ordered has been discontinued and that i needed to go into the store to sign a paper. dealing with this company over the last 6 months has been a hassle and their customer service is absolutely awful. I recommend very strongly that you think very hard before you you do business with them.
