False Advertising. These crooks said we could finance furniture interest-free for 36 months. 6 months later they sold the loan to a bank (Synchrony Bank) who immediately started charging interest: 600 dollars of interest I might add. When called, the company was totally unapologetic, telling me they "have no control over what banks do when they sell the loan". If thats the case, they shouldnt be selling the loan for 36 months. No joke, this is straight up robbery in my opinion. I cant imagine that this practice can be legal, but there it is. If you dont believe me, search Synchrony Bank on the BBB website. Look at the negative reviews and scan for the word "furniture". You will see hundreds of regular people being scammed the same way we were. SCAM ARTISTS!! Get your furniture online, or from any other store but this one.

Our initial experience was good we picked out a couch that we had to special order so we gave them a check. The next day we called and cancelled the order due to research we had done on the brand. Even tough we canceled they still cashed our check then proceed to tell us we had to wait up to 10 days! Now two weeks later I have no check so I called the bismarck store told me to call the Minot store. When I called Minot they told me they know nothing of my money just saw the order was cancelled what a pathetic customer service they have!

I had chosen my sectional online, then called and ordered with a salesperson. I was given a delivery date and the guys called a few minutes away to see if I was ready. They were polite, experts & friendly. Not only did they set the new sectional up, they also took the old love-seat. Will recommend I.Keating furniture to everyone.

Awesome staff, great prices, very good selection of quality furniture. When I had an issue with a dresser that I had ordered, they were very quick to get me a new one, deliver it and, set it up for me. This is where I go, the only place I go when I need or want quality furniture.
