Wow, I am so impressed with the staff at this location! Short version: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!! Long version: I visited my parents in Arizona for Christmas. They had just purchased a set of serveware from a Pier 1 there and were very excited to use it. Unfortunately, as I was washing the large platter, it slipped from my hands and I chipped it. Needless to say, I felt terrible, especially since it was part of a set. I called/checked online with stores all over Phoenix and could not find this specific platter so I could replace it-all were sold out. I then called all over San Antonio, since I would be driving back in a few days. Again, all were sold out. I saw that Kerrville, which I drive through on my way back to San Antonio from Phoenix, had a Pier 1 so I gave them a call. Not only did they have the platter, the employee I spoke with was extremely helpful in searching for it, letting me pay by phone, and putting it aside so I could pick it up on my way home. I am SO grateful for the service and friendliness of this employee. I wish I lived in Kerrville so I could bring them my business more often!
