Went to buy flowers for the cemetery, the girl in the floral department approached me and told me about the 50% off sale they were having and the 20% coupon on my phone, she even took me up front and helped me pick some out all while she had her purse on her shoulder headed to lunch. Then the cashier helped me find the coupon on my phone. Very impressive, you sure dont find employees like that anymore!! Made my day! :)

I usually dont care for Micheals but this visit seemed pretty good. I found something I thought I couldnt live without and bought it along with getting 40% off of the item. Took ten dollars off. The store seemed allot cleaner than the other times Ive been and I learned a few more crafts that I would love to do. So overall a good experience.

As empty of customers as this store was when I visited I found their inventory to be very busy. Personally I was pretty offended by their prices. This store seems to cover a lot but the options arent really as good as they could be. Service wasnt bad but it wasnt as friendly as I was expecting.
