This store is fairly clean and organized. The staff are helpful when they are present. The prices are fair for arts and crafts, but sometimes theyll have a good deal or two for different products. This store usually isnt very busy so its nice to find what you need without feeling crowded. The only problem I have is the checkout lines. I think because theyre not very busy most days they usually only have 1 person checking people out. But then when it does get busy for a moment the wait to checkout can be ridiculous.

I have been shopping here for years! Awesome staff, friendly and always answers any questions & takes me to isles I need to complete projects. Love the sales too. This is the store you need to shop for everyday deals, knowledgeable staff, & an all around fun store to shop in, and to get your crafty ideas to come alive with their on stock materials & staff to help!

Michaels tends to be slightly overpriced, so sign up for their email list and use the coupons. They have pretty good selection though; for instance, theyre the only shop near me that sells India ink.
