I have shopped at Creative Coldsnow several times when visiting Kansas City but I had not used the online service until this month. I am so grateful for the excellent customer service! The person filling my order sent a personalized email (not a form letter!!!) explaining that my order was delayed because one item was out of stock and asking if the delay posed any problem for me. In fact, the entire order is for my daughters birthday coming up this week, so CC immediately shipped all the items except the one on backorder. The merchandise arrived yesterday and it will be wrapped in birthday paper today! Thank you and keep up the great work!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always come here for art emergencies and I know I can find what I need. The last time it was a pre-cut mat frame and another time clear sealant for a painting. The layout is strange and if its busy it does get crowded but its big so you can spend some times looking around. The basement is really creepy but they always have weird stuff on sale and once I found 30 little mirrors for two bucks. You can always find something here and the prices are a little cheaper than Blicks.

Great place for artists to get supplies. Ive been many times, over the past 25+ years. The variety is great and good service too. It is not, however, a run of the mill craft store. Perhaps some who have left poor reviews were expecting more variety of things more suited to crafts? If you are looking for items for drawing, painting, and other ways to create art, this is the place.

Love this place, they have everything I need and so much more! Plus their supplies are always discounted and their rewards program saves me some serious $$$ I wouldnt go anywhere else for my art supplies! Ive been shopping here for over ten years. Ive had art framed and bought endless supplies and Ive never had a bad experience. It wonderful to shop at a place that provides the individual attention and variety of merchandise this place does. Serious. <3 it.

These guys really stink. Not very helpful. The straw the broke the camels back....when I simply requested some advice, it just seemed to bother the kid working the front to have to help me... no more art supplies from this store...no way.

No messages. I had to call and check over week later to find out it was on back-order. I canceled the order and went into the wilderness to find my supplies. Not happy. Neither was their manager. Ill send my students elsewhere too.
