I love this Hobby Lobby. The location is great, easy to find off Antioch or come in via one of the side streets. This store used to have a Wal-Mart located here so it is vast and big. The variety is pretty impressive. Sales are always every other week depending on item so if you think something is too expensive, be patient and come back the next week. Sale items xan alwayd be found on their website so check it out before heading to the store. The staff here is AMAZING. Period. If a long line forms at the checkouts, it wont be a minute or so before you see another register opening. And while it looks like the staff is alwaaaaaays busy with side projects, if you got a question... ASK THEM. They will go to no ends to help you. Best Hobby Lobby, LOVE the place. For the more than 10+ years Ive been shopping here, any complaints Ive had have been miniscule, and been extremely happy.

I have spent probably over 400$ in hobby lobby in the last couple months since I moved. And after the experience I had at the Gladstone store, I will be returning literally everything I have purchased. and start gong to kirklands. The cashiers 2 girls were rude, I was told 4 different times "we close in 20 minutes" and then I was followed around and reminded were closing soon the entire time I was in there. The worst part of all, is I believe the manager. An older lady was the most rude out of all of them. I felt belittled and was literally told to go to the register. Then, i overhead them taking badly about me. And for what reason. I have no idea. I will never go back. And I plan on making sure none of my friends or family do either. A customer should never feel unwanted in a store they love and are loyal too.

I had an interview here. The individual who Interviewd me was continuously coughing and wiping her nose. She openly asked me about my health problems even though that is a violation of HIPAA, I told her that I take immunosuppresants and She reassured me that her cough was just "allergies". THEY WERE DEFINITELY NOT ALLERGIES. The very next day I started feeling bad, with a cough just like hers. 4 days later and Im still sick. This is so disgustingly unprofessional that I did not show up to my 2nd interview. DO NOT INTERVIRW SOMEONE IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE SYMPTOMS OF BEING SICK!!!

Worst Customer Service in my opinion. If a customer leaves the store after shopping at closing and notices an item is damaged after purchase, within that one little minute that they locked the door, they should offer an exchange even if the employee has to go back to find the item to exchange because customers arent allowed back in the store. I can honestly say yall need to improve on your customer service other wise you can lose me and a few others !

Usually Im very happy with the service here. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you find things in the aisles. However, today, the checkout lines were backed up significantly. Wish the manager could stay up close to the front. The slowdown was because of cashiers waiting for the manager to zero out a couple of failed transactions.

My favorite "craft" store. I always give them my business for several reasons: the best prices of the three major craft stores (always a plus), nice soft Christian music in the background, and the fact they are closed on Sundays. They respect their employees and their employees are always helpful and cheerful!

I wandered the entire store, unable to find what I was looking for, and unable to find any workers throughout the entire store except the one working register. I guess thats fine if you go here regularly, but if youre like me and have never been here it would be easier to just shop elsewhere.

I have never been treated so rudely before at a Hobby lobby by an associate and the manager. I just had a question about Copic markers since it is so hard to find packs of them. They both spoke defensively and treated me like I was dumb. I will not return to this location.

They have great sales and friendly employees. We were looking for royal blue ribbon and the selection is scarce. Also, if you check out at just the right time youll be in line for 10-15 minutes.
