Ok just like to make a note that you guys most definitely need to train your secret shoppers better. I came in to look around for some creative Christmas ideas and organizing ideas and the older gentleman you had working followed us the entire time and made it so obvious the second time I seen him I knew. My boyfriend was getting pissed and wanted to leave. Its very frustrating trying to shop and getting harassed and stalked by the workers. I know you got to do it but train them! At least make him grab a dang cart and pretend hes shopping cause my boyfriend thought he was just stalking us and said if he sees him again he was gonna flip. Its creepy and ruins the shopping experience.

Its a shame that my experience here was so bad because I LOVE Hobby Lobby. The restrooms are so filthy I couldnt even go, my toddler on the other hand had to!! There was puke in the sink, poop on the walls and when I mentioned it to an employee she referred me to another woman working there (not the manager) and she was furious that I brought it up, I told her very politely too so I see no reason why she gave me attitude. She said "we work on it everyday!". It doesnt look like it, there was many employees on the job so there really is no excuse. Im disgusted to say the least and will not be coming here again.

I had to put at least one star. I really want to give a big Zero! What happened to good old fashioned customer service. I was at the front check out and I needed a four digit coupon code. My service did not pick up in the store at the time i was shopping there. I kindly ask the front end manager if she could help me and she looked up from her phone and said NO! Really lady you can not stop playing on your phone and look up a four digit code? Well, I guess that is way their parking lot is so.... empty! LMBO

Its a great place to shop and the people you do run into on the sales floor are very nice however, it is very hard to find an employee. I frequently spend more than 5 minutes looking for someone to help me with an unlock item. I have to walk halfway across the store to get help and even then, the employee may not have the key. Everything is great about the store except for the lack of sales floor presence. Im an overall happy and consistent customer.

The staff either doesnt know much or doesnt care. Its a "fend for yourself" kinda place. Dont forget to pull up a COUPON on your phone (only good on regular priced items). They arent open late either: CLOSES @ 8 PM!! No late night school project shopping here. Of course its closed on Sunday, too.

Always a great experience when shopping at Hobby Lobby. Helpful staff and incredible selection. Home goods, artist quality supplies, enthusiasts from any media will be satisfied. Also they always offer a 40% off cupon on their website just pull it up on your phone and Bam instant savings.

Great selection. For certain projects, this is the ONLY place to find supplies. The only reason to 4 instead of 5 stars: not enough sales to compensate for the higher prices.
