Rude staff.. bunch of kids/ young adults that hate their job and want to be gone by the time the store actually closes...10 minutes before the store closes they are waiting at the door saying you cant come in..I have never had this issue at any other Michaels. Then i go to use a coupon and the cashier says I cant use it and doesnt explain why until I ask why.. If you hate your job dont be a douche take your butt somewhere else where you dont have to deal with people!

Everytime I go in at night, the employees are really helpful. The store seems clean. The morning manager is a real pain. I once heard her yelling at employees. Seems really unprofessional.
