wish I could give it negative stars. The cashier wrong up the purchase wrong. So she told me to go talk to the front end supervisor, Savannah. Savannah from the start couldnt care less and was very dismissive. Then she said that I could go to register number 1. It wasnt open but a new cashier was coming to it. I purchased with debit. The cashier asked her, should I count my drawer first?" I told her it was a debit card and it wont affect her drawer count and she could do it after, I already waited a long time in the first line just to be checked out. The supervisor told her no, she HAD to count it. So I waited, and waited, and waited. I said this is ridiculous, SAVANNAH said you have to wait 5 minutes for the receipt to get in the system, which I am SURE IS A LOAD of crap, and I showed her the receipt and my phone showing it had already been 10 minutes, and I wanted to speak to a Manager. So now 15 minutes has passed he comes up, the girl is STILL COUNTING HER drawer full of a TON of NICKELS, DIMES AND PENNIES. I am not kidding, she had about 7 dollars just in nickels and that is alot. And I explained to him I dont have all day, and that this wonderful Savannah had suggested if I didnt want to wait for this drawer countdown, that wasnt necessary, that I could go wait in line at register number 2, which had about 10 people in line, isnt that sweet of her? And mind you, this ENTIRE time little Savannah was doing NOTHING, just picking at her nails. Even when she was gonna call the SUPERVISOR just standing there for a couple minutes first. So the supervisor says to her, do you want to just adjust her receipt on your register number 3 and I will approve it? Really??? This whole time she could have just taken care of this for me, but no, she is an ignorant, crappy, couldnt care less about customers, supervisor. I have been coming her for years, WE BUY a ton of stuff, and guess what, you have lost our family as customers.

If there was any way to rate this hobby lobby I would rate it with -5 stars. I have been trying to brush off the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE. So I went to that store today (July 26, 2017) to get some pictures put in frames and I wanted them to put the paper and the string on the back so I can hang it. I get there with enough time to get both pictures framed and install the paper and hanger on the back. The same rude lady that always attends me was there. I waited a good 15 minutes for her to even come and help me and the store was completely empty. When she finally comes she finishes one frame and then in the intercom she hears that the store will be close in 15 minutes and when it turned 8:00pm she was like a robot and completely took her hands off the frame and gave it to me half done and said, "I am only going to be able to do one since we are closing I dont have time for the other. " I was upset because I had more than enough time to do both. She was the one wasting company time doing something else besides being in the department where she should be and then she has the nerve to only finish one frame and half way do the other and tells me come back another day with more time. I am VERY UPSET!! I am not even going to bother to go back and frame my second picture there. I left only paying for what I got and now I have to do a second trip to another hobby lobby because that rude person didnt even want to spend 5 minutes to do the second frame. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! Ive had to many encounter with this same lady in the frame department. Ive tried brushing it off and this was the last straw. They lost my business, my entire family, and friends business because I will be sharing my story to my family and friends. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Now I usually have nothing but positive things to say about Hobby Lobby. This is my Favorite craft store. The staff are always pleasant snd helpful. Today I walked in cheerful looking forward to my purchase. Left feeling disrepected. As I am checking out I give the cashier a $50 bill. I usually pay with my card but today i had cash. The cashier proceeds to call over the PA system "Verification". I look at her. Then a man comes holds my money up then places it under some light under the register. I respond "wow is all that necessary?" No one responds. Needless to say I will no longer purchase from this location. I would have canceled my transaction if not for the 3 little girls visiting me being sooo enthused about painting. To Management. I strongly suggest you develop a better way to verify the validity of funds for cash transactions. This experience was disappointing. I pray this was an isolated incident and not reflective of how you treat your cash paying customers.

The customer service at this location on FM 1960 is horrible. Even if you have your receipt and returning the products in less than a week of purchase, you should not expect a smooth transaction. They will give you a hard time with little explanation. Also, the neighborhood around this location is not all that safe. So if you dare shop here go during daytime. I also sense the management here discriminates: None of their employees were African Americans and I found this "interesting" given the neighborhood it is located in. Shop elsewhere for your needs do not go to this location. You have been warned.

Out of all the craft stores I go to Hobby lobby is the one I tend to always find what I need. This one above all the others in the area stands out for being clean and well organized. Really your rarely see the staff unless behind a cash register but most the time I know what Im looking for. So all in all this place gets a five.

I bought my daughter some gifts for her bday.She didnt likesome of the items. She went to return them for store credit and some bozo named Glenn gave her a hard time as if she stole it. So I will no long shop there and I recommend the same for others.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is always available and willing to help! The first time I set foot in this store, I was looking for outdoor wedding decor and the staff was very helpful! They also have continuous sales throughout the month !

Been standing here for 15 to 20 minutes just waiting for someone to grab a ladder to get a picture down horrible service. However the employees were nice and the person assisting me did keep trying to get someone so might of been short handed

This particular Hobby Lobby isnt as good as others. The aisles were more narrow, there seemed to be less of a selection, and it was super crowded on a Saturday afternoon. But I love Hobby Lobby, and this one suits my crafting needs just fine.

I called other locations and they were out of the cake boxes I use for my business. This location not only had them but offered to set them aside so I wouldnt make a trip for nothing. Good customer service is worth five stars to me!
