This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had to date. A couple months ago I brought in my phone to the repair center at this location due to the screen not working. When I went to pick up the phone, I thought it odd that they had not replaced the back cover which had a small chip in the upper corner. However, the phone appeared to be functioning and the gap on the side of the phone appeared closed. The next day I needed to slide the back off the phone to take out the battery. I had quite a bit of difficulty removing the back. My husband managed to slide it off and it appeared that they had glued the back of the phone on. Although I was surprised by the shoddiness of the work, I presumed that was how they had elected to fix my phone. I had not previously brought a phone in for repair and when my husband has brought his phone in, they typically replace the phone. Although the gap on the side of the phone had returned, I assumed that the damage caused by the glue was cosmetic since the screen issue seemed to be resolved. However, the phone’s functioning continued to deteriorate until I had no choice but to bring it back in to the repair center where they informed my husband and me that the damage caused by the glue nullified our phone protection plan. The store’s manager claimed that their techs would never use glue to fix the phone, only to fix the screen (which had been my chief complaint when I brought the phone in) and that they use all new parts. He also said it was a liability because it could cause the battery to explode which he then informed me that mine indeed had. I told him this is what the inside of my phone looked like when I took the back cover off the day after I brought it home. When questioned, they said a phone could continue to work after a battery had exploded, but that it would be dangerous. He said that must have happened after I left the store because they would never let a phone leave looking like that. They were quite rude and refused to even investigate. I would have liked for them to have at least pulled the work order from a couple months ago. More concerning than their rudeness is that they have a tech at their location that is repairing phones in ways that could be potentially dangerous to customers. At the very least they sent me home with a hazardous phone. Avoid this location at all costs!! If you do elect to have your phone repaired at this location, please check all repairs BEFORE you leave the store or they will not take responsibility for their own mistakes. Thankfully the Sprint store at 2820 I-45 N Ste 700 went above and beyond to take care of us and gave phenomenal customer service.

Every time I have come here they have taken the time to talk to me and explain what my options are. I understand that I cant get everything the way I would like it, but at least here they explain why something is not an option and give me alternatives. I broke my phone, totally killed my screen, and I thought since I had the insurance, and this was a service and repair store that they could fix it same day. When I got there they explained to me that I had to file a claim and pay a deductible to get a replacement, At first I thought "why do I have insurance if this is not covered in there". They took the time to explain why and they gave me options to upgrade to get a phone that same day in store! They Took the time to review my account and found out that I could upgrade with a new phone and it would come out to less than the deductible I would pay for my insurance. Since my phone was shattered they really couldnt transfer my data from phone to phone, but they helped me sign into my cloud account and email accounts on my new phone! I pretty much got everything back, I think I am missing a couple of photos and contacts, like five at the most, but I can blame them at the store for that. I like this store because I know if I would have gone to another store to service I would have not had my options explained to me the way they did. They took the time to look at my account and made sure I was on the best plan possible, but the also help me with retrieving my data that was backed up. they also Showed me how to check and make sure my data was being backed up so I can monitor it myself! I mean who takes the time to do that! Awesome Store! I can not say enough good things about it!

This store was the worst customer service Ive witnessed and experienced in years. I have never witnessed such immature behavior, there was one patron who simply asked for help understanding her billing and the clerks said that they wouldnt "help people like you" and ultimately said that she needed to call the 800 number. I know this is not accurate because Ive had help with billing questions in the store as well. And yes they said this to her in a way that was immature and unprofessional and in such a fashion which they felt they "wouldnt be caught". And yes she was there with her 2 kids who knew EXACTLY what they meant, and it even offended ME, who was just a bystander. When I went up there, I was ready to get a new phone. I asked for help with an upgrade and to see what phones were available, especially the new LGs. They said that I could look at the monthly rates on the tags, and that I should go with the new iphone, since its better than the LGs for whatever reason, even though Im used to the LGs and when I tried to ask questions about the upgrades to the newer upgraded LGs they were reluctant to answer questions I had in terms of the old vs new models. I happily left without buying a phone. Its sad that people of this caliber are allowed to work without the know how of proper customer service, and that the third guy there, sat behind the counter and ate his lunch. I highly recommend the sprint store at sawdust, and is ultimately where I bought my new LG.

So I bought a Nexus 5 online, but didnt realize it needed a SIM card. I went here to get a SIM and activate it. Upon getting to the store, they did have a SIM, but proceeded to tell me that it "wasnt a Sprint Nexus 5" and couldnt be activated. Very rudely, actually. So I told them that there wasnt any such thing as a Sprint specific Nexus 5, and they said they wouldnt activate it. They let me use their phone. I called Sprints automated service, and activated it right there. They then told me it would take 10 minutes to print out a job ticket to account for the SIM. I sat down, and proceeded to watch two employees do nothing for 10 minutes, and the third handled the two customers that came in. I got tired of sitting there, and asked him again. Within a minute, he had the job ticket there for me to sign. Im giving them two stars because they actually had the SIM (the first Sprint store didnt). But I would never go there again.
