Awful customer service! Some waman named Martha I believe, helped me at check out and she was rude and disrespectful. I went over Halloween to purchase candy and pumpkins and I was waiting in line when shes told me to go to a different line, to which I complied and switched even though where she wanted me to move had a longer line. She then scoffed at me and told me to move again and then led me away so she could ring me out herself. My sister and I walked over to her register to check out, and she didnt even bag my items, instead set it all aside, I then asked her for a bag, and payed and left. She was vey ill mannered.

Private Person

They never have an express lane open, so the checkout lines are backed up at all times. Today they had a woman at a register helping checkout another person, she looked at me with my two items and said she wasnt an open lane. Meanwhile the tiny amount of other open registers were backed up with people with full carts. This is the third time I tried to stop in quickly and get something, and was basically told to sit 20 minutes to checkout instead of having a quicker route. I will not be back to this store.

This place is going down hill! Their gift registry printer wasnt working. All it needed was paper, I waited 20 minutes for 3 people at customer service to "find paper" I couldnt wait any longer! Everyone that works there looks looks like they just rolled out of bed! This place is turning in to Walmart! And thats not a compliment! Who knows how much longer I wouldve waited but I did not want to find out! I cant stand this place!

My family goes to this Target more than other branches. Not only because its location, but also their staff and service. Compared to the Target close to the woodlands mall, this branch is less crowded and more organized- less chance of out of stock. Their staff are very helpful, and I had no problems with checking out or returning.

Great store, clean, organized, helpful and polite. Lines can get long but CSRs try to open registers as lines build up. Beats the hands off any Target store or similar priced (wallfart) stores Ive shopped at prior. Ill try to make it back as regularly as possible.

We thought this would be the long awaited Target super center rather than a poorly laid out hybrid. Well continue to drive to Louetta for our Target superstore needs and avoid these like the plague.

This Target is clean, easy parking and has the grocery store addition too. Usually has a decent amount of folks working the registers too. A lot less crazy than The Woodlands location of I45.

This place is amazing. So much better than Walmart. Sadly they changed their policies in the bathroom and changing rooms, and now we dont go there anymore. Target, please change that back.
