I was unfortunate enough to have not just a poor experience here but I also had extremely poor customer service from the management staff. The net result of my experience is I would never recommend anyone use their framing services, especially on something of either financial or sentimental value. The highlights of my experience are as follows; I brought 4 pieces of artwork in to be framed of which all had financial value to them. The person working in framing was very knowledgeable and helpful, and prior to being dropped off we inspected the condition of the artwork (pictures were taken on both our parts). When I returned to pick up the artwork there were was light scratching in the center of one of the pieces. Over the next several months, I worked with the framing manager, the assistant store manager, the store manager, and the district manager... all of who were unable to resolve the issue. I would especially like to recognize the lack of professionalism of the store manager who was not only dismissive but rude when it came to our communication. Not only did they claim that it was not possible the damage happened in the stores possession but they insisted that I pay for all expenses related to the valuation and framing in spite of the photographic evidence showing the damage. Unfortunately to this day the issue has yet to be resolved however due to this experience Michaels has lost a customer for life.

the staff is rude and either knows nothing of the store or just hates their jobs and shows it to the client. I Asked a boy if they had a product that was advertised on sale he looked at me dead in the face and said no we dont carry that item its an online purchase. On my way out i saw it big as day. i took it over to the guy and said hey incase anyone else asks it is over there yall do have it. he looked at me with a dazed look and said it was not me who told you that. WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THIS HAPPENED 2 MIN BEFORE! on a separate occasion i was told by the MANAGER they did not carry resin.so i ordered it on line and paid a bundle for s&h THEY HAVE THE WHOLE LINE OF CASTIN CRAFT! She just did not want to stop flirting with the check out guy long enough to tell me what lane it was on This place is awful. I plan to email corporate so they know how bad it is at this location.

Store is kept clean and well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff. Checkout line can be long but it moves along quickly. Staff is very informative and lets you know about deals you may miss out on. Love visiting here!
