Staff is friendly and store is very nice. But was very disappointed when I told the cashier those items should have been 50% off and there were signs stating such. Cashier said well they probably were marked wrong or signs in wrong spot. She said the signs are deceiving. I was like are you kidding me? They should of made it right.

let me tell you, I was waiting in line to do an exchange and Cheryl, is about as rude as she could possibly be. not only to the customer in front of me but to EVERYONE. how dare someone treat customers like garbage. I would not put up with this kind of trash on my store. probably wont return to this store again.

The lady who checked me out was a doll. I realized the drawing pad I was getting had a tear in it and she asked if I wanted her to ring it up and go get another one. When I said no it was okay Id just take this one she gave me a discount even after I metioned Im pretty sure I was the one who caused the rip!

Hobby Lobby Tulsa offers a wide variety of beautiful, charming, fun and funky products. The store is clean, very well organized, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you locate what you are searching for. As homeschoolers, we enjoy browsing through all of the arts and crafts material and supplies.

The staff here is very rude and impatient. Dont bother trying to return anything at this location. Customer service is poor and they locked their doors in my face 8 minutes before closing time! Hobby Lobby is a good place to shop but their employees at this location are not friendly.

Great store to pick up crafts, decor or any oddball stuff you are looking for. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is getting a little dated but they already have a move in the works so I cant wait for the new store.

Please be careful. We went to the location on 51st and it said "Coming Soon." Same thing for the Mardel store. Google...Please fix this so that the reviews go to the appropriate location.
