Kayla went above and beyond! She could have just told me she didnt know, or couldnt find the item. Instead, she asked if I had a picture and had me text it to her. Sure enough...she notified me that she had found it, and put it on hold for me to pick up. Its so refreshing to get customer service like that, because its a rare thing these days. Hobby Lobby...you have a gem in Kayla! Thank you Kayla!

I would give it zero stars if i could the. The lines are 8 deep and the manager just paces back and forth looking at everything like she is busy. She doesnt do a thing to help out. Really poor leadership. Instead of jumping in and helping out she just stands and looks at everyone. I dread this place.

Was nice until they got a new manager who has no class. Does not get anything about customers or customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. What a shame, since that store has always been so friendly and helpful and her attitude does not match the philosophy of the corporation.

Never coming back to this location. Cashier ladies were rude and racist. We were the next in line but the cashier asked us to move to a different register not once not twice but 3 times so that she could ring up the person behind us in line.
