From my wife: This place is amazing. If you have bored children, you can spend $5 and buy a wooden puzzle that will keep your son or daughter entertained for hours. This place is boy friendly. With isles and isles of boy friendly crafts like science experiments, and make your own sports equipment, you dont have to worry about beating your kid in public. There are so many ways to bribe your kids here and everything is so cheap. Im talking price not quality. Well, I did get a design your own mug once that was crap...but it was 50 cents, what do you expect? It kept the kids entertained for an hour. Great for serious artists as well. They have Faber-Castell, Mars and some Staedtler (they could use more). The only problem I had with the customer service is they seemed rather exhausted and robot like. I know everyone has their bad days. I didnt mind. At least they werent as crazy enthusiastic like Jo-Ann... They are psychotic over there.

Very frustrating experience. We went to look at picture frames during one of their 50% sales. Two associates were helping people at the back desk. I patiently waited my turn as I can certainly understand being busy. One of the associates asked if I needed help then they called to have someone come assist me. About 15 minutes passed and no one came. The other associate finished up with her customer then disappeared in the back. The first associate called again and, again, no one came. We finally gave up and left. As an aside, one of the cashiers up front asked about our experience. When I shared, I felt like I could tell she knew exactly which employee had been the issue. Really frustrating experience ... especially after being so patient.

Billy is AWESOME!!! He works in the custom framing, but I asked him a question through the employees only area. He was SO helpful, looked up other stores for multiple frames I wanted AND was happy to do it. The lines are ALWAYS long, and the cashiers are VERY shy. BUT they will always get the best deal for you. I like going here and will continue to do so.

The lacklustre associates cant make up for the store feeling small and cramped. Pitiful selection compared to the Broken Arrow and Tulsa Hills Michaels stores. This is best avoided unless you know they have what you need.
