This is my favorite Michaels location. They carry a bigger variety than most of the other stores and its always clean and laid out in a way that makes sense. And the emoyees are always friendly and usually pretty knowledgeable, unlike some of the other locations Ive been to. And the bathroom is always clean too. Yep.

Waited in line until there was 1 person ahead of us; then the cashier told us she was closed. Had to go to the end of the only line open, which was long. Same cashier comes back 5 min later and asks someone ahead of us if she can help them as she is reopening her line. :O

I go here to pick up potential tabletop wargaming supplies and to acquire that random project piece. Sometimes its a mess and there are never enough cashiers, but for having the random odd bit you need only hobby lobby compares.

I visit so often the workers recognize me. I am a teacher and only had my JoAnns teacher discount card. The clerk still have me my teacher discount. Now thats what I call good service!
