This Hobby Lobby is horrendously run. Every time I go here they have enormous lines and only one or two registers open. Employees are just walking around or hanging out at the front of the store but dont open anymore registers despite the long lines. They have one line for refunds and exchanges only. In order to complete a refund or exchange a manager must enter her code. Every time she enters her code she leaves and must be called back up to the front for the next customer to be completed. If a manager must be present, then have the manager run that line or have a different system so that time is not wasted. What should have been a 20 minute trip took and hour and twenty minutes because of how poorly this Hobby Lobby is run.

I went to Hobby Lobby after having my car in the shop not realizing the clock was 40 minutes slow. They announced the store was closing in 15 minutes as soon as I got to the frame department. I offered to come back on Monday but Jane took time to help me even though we went past closing. Jane was patient and very helpful. Her suggestions were exactly right for the paintings I was trying to frame. I left feeling confident we had made the right choice. Jane seemed much more knowledgeable than employees at other stores I had visited before coming to her. I am so appreciative of her help.

Large location filled with everything you need to complete your favorite past time. This place always has what Im looking for, and a ton of stuff I didnt even know I needed. Where this location shines is in its staff. They are easy to find and they are extremely knowledgeable on where everything is located. They offer great advice on whatever project you are working on and just might have a solution to a problem you havent even encountered yet. All of this is done with courtesy and a smile. I highly recommend this Hobby Lobby location over others for the staff alone.

I may sound ignorant but this is the first Hobby Lobby Ive ever visited and I have been so impressed. The store is always clean and very well stocked with tons of "sales" (though Im relatively certain that everything that is marked 50% off has been previously marked up to make up for the discount). If you need a craft or decorative item you can almost be guaranteed to find it here. The biggest downside Ive found is that the cashiers arent the most friendly people Ive ever met.

I dont generally shop here but my girls take sewing classes on Saturdays. The teacher is a retired nurse and is very sweet. She teaches the kids how to use the sewing machine and hand sew and they work on a variety of cute projects. We have been going to classes about a year now and my girls have made purses and clothing as well as a table runner . The classes are only $10 per child per session and the sessions are from 930AM to 330PM. Its quite a deal!

Hobby Lobby is a big store. Is set to the back of a large parking lot. Its hard to see from the main road. Its clean and well-stocked. The employees are very helpful. They have lots of items that you can decorate your house with are also arts and crafts items. You can always find something to buy there. Its my first time at this location but I have been at other locations and I highly recommend this to anyone.

Any Star Wars fans in here? Hobby Lobby carries Bandi Star Wars model kits. And if they dont have the one you want just ask the nice manager like I did and it will be there Thursday. Plus use the coupons to get 40% off. Thats about $6 cheaper than online and no shipping to cover either. Just an idea. Good selection of regular military models as well. Enjoy.

Always crowded with typical inspirational junk. I can never find an employee to help me find anything. All their candles are cheap quality/ smell awful, but expensive. I only come here for a few items, and only when on sale. Most of the stuff in here is junk. Literally reminds me of a garage sale, possibly because of how unorganized they are.

Love this place, hate they cant stay open until 9pm like Michaels. If they had better hours I wouldnt buy from any other place but Hobby Lobby, unless I had a super coupon. Clean store, great selection, and extremely nice employees. Much nicer than 1960 location and humble thats for sure.

This location is one of the best hobby lobbys in the area. There are usually lines but the checkers are quick and theres usually several registers open. The product selection is pretty good and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Its ok. The closest crafts store to me. Customer service is so-so. It seems the prices are inflated so they can say 50% off. Maybe its true but even 50% off some things doesnt seem to be that great of deal to me.

It has everything!! Beautiful decor for the home and plenty of arts & crafts for the children as well for the adults. A bit pricey for the average person but for the quality, it is completely worth the money.
