This store has amazing craft supplies and home decor. That being said, they have the WORST customer service. I tried to exchange, not return, simply exchange a wooden hanging knob that had fell apart before I even hung it up, and the snotty two older women that think they run the show treated me like an idiot. I didnt have my receipt, but I wasnt exactly asking for the moon either. Were talking about a $4 wooden knob. I didnt have time to deal with their egos the 1st time I tried to exchange them, do I came back a second time and all the cashiers were whispering about me after I demanded to speak to the manager. Now, the manager is actually a really nice gentelman, and he went ahead and exchanged it for me, but even he acted like it was a big deal. The whole time the older woman with short white hair and other long haired woman were whispering about me. Absolutely rediculous. Now, I finally got brave and decided to back to the store because, wouldnt you know it, the dang wooden knob finally really broke. I just bought some sturdy metal ones this time, but as Im checking out I see this poor woman in TEARS because she bought a large wooden tree decoration & it broke before she hung it up. (see the pattern?) anyways, the manager is at the front trying to decide what to do (this was no $4 item) and the entire clan of bossy women are standing up there just watching and making this poor woman feel like a criminal. I will NEVER shop at this particular store again. And you better keep your receipts if you do because the ladies working there are absolutely rediculous.

Best HL in the Tulsa area. My wife does almost every craft in this store so were here all the time. Ive seen people getting mad when something wasnt on sale that was next to the sale sign, but Ive noticed on the signs (Im a graphic designer/sign nerd lol) that they always say what specifically they apply to, so if you just read the bold print below the "50%," you can tell exactly whats on sale. I guess the way they set it up, it matters what the sign says, not where the sign is. Also, if an old sign was left up, they are Always good to honor it, (even though the sign says what date the sale applies to lol.) They go out of their way for good customer service, where most retail workers dont even try. This Hobby Lobby is a rare gem.

I needed an item and they were out of stock. I called to special order it and they stated it would be in on a Thursday and would call me. They never called me. I showed up because I needed it the next day and there was an issue with the truck and they didnt have what they said I would. The manager said I could go to another store, but late and clear across town. If they would have called me and let me know, I could have gone to another store or they could have got it from another store (or at least checked). I had to improvise-- would have been nice if they would have offered me a discount. Im not impressed with the new store.

Our favorite craft store! We love the new location even though it is smaller than the original. The aisles could be wider to make the through-traffic flow easier, but as always the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, join their email club, there are always weekly coupons for daily discounts!!

When I decided to try my hand at sewing, I stopped in here for supplies. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable, especially with the 40% off coupon. The store and bathroom were clean. I only wish they had a larger selection of material.

Huge store, well staffed and always running deals on a myriad of items. The size of the store means sometimes the fabric or framing center is unattended just ask any associate for help and they get to you right away.
