Do they have fabric? Yes. Do they have thread? Yes. Are there staffers? yes. They have the basics down, but this store hires people without qualifications. They are very unhelpful. Anecdotal is best on this type of site: 1) Actual conversation while I was there: Lady: Where do I find poplin? Employee one not otherwise helping someone: Its over there towards the back. Lady: At the back? Where? Employee two not otherwise helping someone: yeah, the back. Employee one: Way over there, three rows from the back. (The problem is, "the back" isnt well defined.) (This goes on for about 4 minutes. The lady gets increasingly confused. Finally a third employee finishes up with customer and walks the lady over. It shouldnt take 3 people and 4 minutes to walk a lady 30 feet to where the cloth she wants is." OK, so perhaps they dont understand what customer service means. Maybe that doesnt matter to you. 2)I buy a fabric and ask if I need a special type of thread to sew it. They say no. But I do. I do need a special type of thread. My project would have been ruined if I trusted the sewing store employees. OK, so perhaps knowledgeable employees is too much to ask. Perhaps you dont want that anyway. 3) If you look around too much, they will make fun of you. They also do it loud enough for you, and other shoppers to hear. This is the reason I am writing this review. This was the proverbial straw. This store is primarily staffed by incompetent, unhelpful, unprofessional people. I am not returning. But if you dont like to be helped, you know what you want, and you dont like to be treated with respect, then by all means, shop away.

My wife came n purchased cloth n was overcharged 1yd and a half n they redid the transaction 3 times to try to fix it n was still wrong, and yes she should have checked but didnt n noe I came to return n we didnt even take the material out of the bag n now Im not getting all my money back because it doesnt match the receipt and again it was because the person checking out wasnt properly trained n now Im out of money n no one at the store seems to care that it was originally done wrong on their end

The ladies here were very helpful pointing me in the right direction to what I needed. The selection at this store is a little smaller than average, so if you need a specialty fabric or material youll probably want to check online or call ahead to make sure that they have it.

Very busy store needs more up to date products. Like the ones that are advertised in your circular. I was looking for the wilton tricolor icing dispenser. You didnt have it. There are other items that I had seen in the circular that could not find at this location.

Main fabric store we have locally. The employees are helpfully and always ask about my project. Avoid Wednesdays if youre in a hurry as that is senior discount days. Coupons are now on a app you have to download vs. finding them online.
