My family arrived to hobby lobby on hwy6. Dec. 28th 2016 around 4:30pm. The customer service was crappy as soon as we walked in. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. We were looked at like aliens that just landed on the planet. Another customer walked in and was assisted immediately, after the associate was finish with the customer then he walked over and asked if we needed any help. I told him what i wanted and he told me that it wasnt available as if i didnt have the money to pay for what i wanted. Another associate helped and gave me the car i wanted. As im walking up to the cashier the first rude associate was doing hand gesters to the cashier. I turned around and seen him motioning like check their money make sure its not fake. Or make sure they havent stole anything. I paid for my car and left. But i honestly felt as if my family and I was discriminated against. I will not return to this store ever again. Or any hobby lobby in the Houston area. I paid $400+ for the stuff i wanted, and to be made to feel like i havent worked hard for my money by someone that dont know me is real sad in 2016-17. I really thought that this world has moved past this type of hurtful hateful stuff but i guess not, especially at hobby lobby on hwy 6. Smh. All of the CSR should be fired for treating anyone like this. Also hire new associates that know how to treat people no matter their race,gender, ect.

Even though its not as conveniently located for me as Michaels, it is better in every other way. The well lit store has a great, organized selection, and the employees are helpful and courteous. There are sales every week, and coupons that you can get by email as well. I almost never buy anything without a coupon unless its on sale because everything goes on sale at some point, and the 40% off coupons make a big difference!

This store is nice and clean but NONE of the associates greet you or ask if you need assistance. I literally walked past 6 associates or they walked past me! Nothing! At least the cashier was nice. This was my first time to this store location. Another customer commented on the same thing.

I imagine folks going to Hobby Lobby, know what they are getting into... If one has never been - well that would be interesting to see their reaction, "You can MAKE all this stuff?!" cool place - helpful people...

Since there arent any other places to get fabric, paint, shadow boxes, etc nearby I guess they get 5 stars. Seriously though, the employees are really nice, though not terribly knowledgeable.

Bad customer service. On the phone they said they had 30 bandanas and asked them to put them on hold, but when we got there they only had 19 and she didnt put them on hold.

I love this place. It is organized well and has a lot of options. The workers are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that the checkout lines can get very long.
