The Pearland Hobby Lobby is one of the best HLs around Houston. It is very large & they keep the entry refreshed with new products and seasonal ideas. They have really cute casual furniture & every checking person is very helpful. The lady in framing is amazing - she really helped us with some pieces we purchased at an art show and helped us with the mattes (believe her name is Kathy).. Only negative is the manager seems to be sour and Ive noticed her fussing at her employees in front of customers... not a good thing to do. She might need to relax a bit or listen to that uplifting music they play a little more! :)

They have very rude/racist cashiers! I received a very BAD SERVICE in this store. When i got to the line to purchase my items, with Marylin V, she was been very nice to the other customers with a smile and "did you find everything okay today". When it was my turn to pay, she didnt say anything to me, she was just scanning the items. She didnt even tell me the total $ and i asked her very nicely "whats the total?" and she rudely pointed at the cash register rolling her eyes!! Idk if she was being racist or rude! I have never been treated this way, i felt horrible! IM NEVER COMING BACK !!

Worst employees ever !"! I had gotten stuff that was place under a 50% poster.. When I went to check out nothing from what I had gotten was 50% off so I told them it would be my pleasure to take them where I got the stuff and they refuse they didnt care. The cashier ask me if I was going to take the stuff or not because clearly I was holding the line. Another woman came named Victoria a stupid white girl and she gave me bad attitude I will for sure call corporate office for this bad service .

Terrible customer service. They will give you the torn bills and when u request them to change it they will give u a stupid smile and refuse to change it. I guess its just the young representatives loaded with makeup who misbehaves. Not sure why they are made the store managers. Wish they can get a proper training. The other employees are very helpful and supportive.

Some people take their jobs way to serious. I couldnt return a item because my license was expired by a couple of days! What the F@#!%!!!!! Seriously! The manager is stupid...its hobby lobby policy she said, which is understandable but she could of let it slide. I had to take it to another location and they let me used my expired license.

Yo we got a problem and I dunno even know where to starts!!!!!!! So I blasted to the Hobbs Lobbs bc I thought they was gonna be a lobby devoted solely to mah hobby and other hobbs n stuff like that. Nah. I looked erwer n got frustrated straight no help. Not one isle had no late foteenth senchury russha coatmakin templets.

I see other people have already commented and it didnt help. We were there o. 2/8/16 and the cashier Abigail was very rude and actually rolled her eyes at us. Now she said hello and thank to other people but to us she didnt. Now we wont be returning and you shouldnt either.

The happy customer will enjoy their experience and simply continue shopping. The unhappy customer will explain to all of their friends why they had a bad experience. Those friends will tell their friends and so on. Customer service throughout this store is awful.

Very expensive. The casher was helpful. Matter of fact she was the only one that did help. I spent around 90 minutes in the store trying to find decor and I finally started asking customers. I guess they all were too busy
