Huge store filled with good ideas for crafts along with good deals turned great deals if you have a coupon or when a special brand is on sale (how about 60% off?)! You can easily lose track of time browsing here. Overall well organized. There are employees on the floor doing their work, but were always available and willing to help. Two cash registers open, then they added another when line started to get longer.

Walked in the store for a couple things. Couldnt find what I needed so I was looking for some staff. Walked all over for 5 minutes and couldnt find anybody, but found three of them huddled in an aisle. They have a whole store that customers might need help it seemed like they didnt want to do their job.

The cashier that checked me out was very helpful and patient. I had a very large exchange from an online order and I was very frustrated. He helped and was so patient he helped calm me down and get everything situated.

Good variety of all types of paper crafting, knitting and crochet, kids crafts, baskets, floral crafts, art supplies, unembellished wood items, and so much more. Michaels does not carry fabric.

Over priced. You can buy similar items from Walmart for less price but to be fair, it has much more variety compared to walmart. Only one cashier open so line was too long.
