I went into this store because I Googled Kwal, the brand my builder used to paint my house, and these guys came up. Apparently they bought Kwal. When I told the man at the store I needed this brand he rudely said that they werent Kwal. I had to explain how I got there for him to say, "well yeah we bought them." Then he took off in a very rude monologue about the viscosity and density of paint and why he couldnt make Kwal paints. He then said I should cut a hole in my wall to bring the paint to be color matched - because thats what a professional would do. I understand color matching and the basic science of how paints are different. I just needed a polite, "Im so sorry, we bought Kwal and would want to color match something with this paint to be sure our paints have you a correct match." After his very rude service, Id prefer to take my wall hole piece somewhere else for color match. Why Sherwin Williams wouldnt have figured out how to color match, the colors that a national builder (though he never asked for this detail so maybe...) regularly uses is beyond me. Knowing that Im having to start from scratch, I wont choose to return to this store.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, for so many reasons. Historically though, Sherwin-Williams is not the most cost effective paint you can find. So, knocked the location down on price. However, every other category here, knocks it out of the park. First off, their paint is awesome. Yes its spendy, but its GREAT PAINT, and worth the $$$ for convenience and quality. Check out pinterest boards for paint ideas, and tons of photos on SW colors in use. For anyone whos not done business with SW before, its an awesome process. They keep track of every paint type, quantity and color you purchase. Having new paint made, is as easy as a phone call or dropping in. They likely know exactly what you want, even before you do! Although we love their paint, we do buy our supplies elsewhere, unless we are in an absolute jam. Ask or watch for their sales, because it brings their pricing closer toward that of the big box retailers. Regardless, all in all, SW rocks. If it werent for the pricing, Id only shop there. Their process, and this location, make the process painless, even for the novice DIYers like us.

The people working at this store are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure Im using the right product for every job. I cant say enough about how great the Keller North Store is. Sherwin Williams has my business for life because of the relationship I have made with the folks working at this store. Thanks for everything. You guys do a great job.

Outstanding store with very good service. We use all the S.W. stores in the area and also many other Brand Stores but this location is one of the best, if not the best we use.
