When visiting a busy paint store, such as Kelly-Moore at 2506 S. Cooper, Arlington, TX 76015, the last thing one would suspect is good service for a $15 quart of custom paint. Well the team consisting of Gary Kramer, Jay Graham and Javier Salazar at this Kelly-Moore store not only provided good service they went over and above to provide exemplary service. The team went through grave lengths to develop a color formulation to match a rather difficult shade of white with an almost unnoticeable hint of pink, which other brand name paint stores failed to match. In fact, I felt guilty absorbing so much of their team. Each time I apologized, they noted we aim to please – an understatement at best. Its service like this that separates Kelly-Moore from the rest of the pack and makes any and all customers, no matter how small of a purchase, feel important and leave with high quality product that meets their needs and requirements.
