In 4 visits in past 4 weeks, Ive been served by 4 different staff. Each experience has been like white glove concierge service. Personable and friendly, professional and even funny, punctual and fantastic. The atmosphere was a bit like the old Cheers tv show. The next time I need to hire customer service employees, Ill be trying to "poach" these people. Kudos to the leader who built that culture and empowered these people to serve with excellence.

I have always been served well at this store. The staff are professional and courteous. After only a few visits, they knew me by name and treated like more than just another random customer. I would highly recommend this store for all your painting needs. Do they run sales? Yes. Are they upfront about it? Absolutely. And on top of all this, they have high quality paint and applicators. Good place.
