I went in about 9:45 on a Monday morning to get tinted gel stain as described on the Sherwin Williams website. I found a couple of options available, and took them up to the counter. There were several contractors with large bulk orders being helped, so I waited with my two year old daughter. After about 25 minutes, one of the employees was finally free, but instead of asking who was next, helped the first person they saw, another contractor with a large order. I tried to get someones attention that i had been next, to no avail. Another 10 minutes or so and another employee is available, looks at me like Im crazy for asking about tinted gel stain. Turns out they dont do tinted gel stain, even though it specifically states on their website that they do. They didnt offer to help me find another solution or offer any additional assistance in any way for my project. So after waiting for 30-40 minutes, it took less than two minutes for them to tell me they couldnt help me. I found what I needed at Home Depot, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My previous experience with Sherwin Williams is that it took 6 gallons of paint to cover one tiny bedroom. It ended up costing about $250 in paint, we could have used two gallons of Behr from Home Depot for about $60! Never again!

Great place to pay WAY, WAY too much money. I walked into the store and told the clerk that I needed the smallest amount possible because I needed a tiny amount for touch up and handed him the code from their store for this and another color. Even with them already having the color codes from their own store, they charged FORTY DOLLARS for two quarts of paint! BEFORE tax! You guys are charging THREE times what you should be charging. PS, Ill be calling Sherwin Williams corporate to see if this scam is standard procedure.

When my clients need to match paint before they sell their home, I tell them they must go see the experts at Sherwin Williams in Flower Mound. Alejandra is great! Love that place and they are so helpful.

Not big on customer service. Contractors recommended are not vetted. Several had been incarcerated. Good paint although pricey.
