I placed an order with them online and received a confirmation email in response. I called several hours later to check the status and delivery time and spoke with two very rude employees. They told me I didnt complete the order process and maybe I received the email confirmation without actually placing my order. I told them I had an order number and asked if they could look things up on their side. They continued to tell me I did not know how to use the online system and did not use the website correctly. They then told me to call the number I received on the confirmation email and use that floral shop. I had to inform them that the contact information on the email was theirs. They may have better service if you shop in store but DO NOT order from them online. Worse experience from a service professional in my life!

Was a little skeptical if the flower arrangement would be nice based on other reviews, so I let them know that I would be attending the funeral and that I would inspect it. The arrangement was beautiful and I was very pleased. I think you have to let any flower shop know that you will be at the funeral (if you cant attend, ask the funeral director or someone else to take a picture and email it to you) and if the arrangement is not what you paid for you will demand your money back.

I ordered a peace lily for a funeral in Irving Texas. They called and said they were out of peace lilys but would send a very full and beautiful plant. Well my friends brought it home with them and it was a small $7.00 flower that looked like it came from A discount store. I feel they took total advantage of me and it cost me $75.00. Dont make the same mistake I did. Dont order from this florist. They are dishonest and unreliable to deliver results during a painful time .

was the worst experience ever. Deliverd 24 hours past delivery date and was half the flower arrangement that I ordered. Gross disapointment. When I called to complain to the Online people I ordered from, they were happy to refund my money. Then the florist showed up and took the flowers back.

They are absolutely horrible and incredibly rude!! They were very late to deliver what I ordered and to top it off it was not even close to what I ordered. I had no idea it was possible to have this bad of an experience with a flower shop, but apparently it is possible.
