Wonderful wedding florist!! I was referred to A Floral Experience by the Omni Mandalays Favorite Vendor list. From my first visit to my last, Barbara and her staff were absolutely fantastic! They were very accommodating to my budget and needs, not pushy or snobby like a lot of the Dallas vendors I visited. These ladies know their flowers, what will hold up with the climate, what may or may not be in season, this was one of the easiest vendors to work with during the wedding planning process. I wasnt just a number, a revenue generator, they genuinely cared about me and my event and the flowers were just amazing; beautifully presented and only the freshest, best quality flowers were used. Everything was just perfect. Thank you!!!!

Amazing! I have used A Floral Experience for over 20 years for all my work and personal floral needs. They handle all of the arrangements that I send out from the Dallas Cowboys and they always do a wonderful job. I have also had them do all of the holiday decorations at the Cowboys office for many years. The numerous trees and displays around the building are breathtaking - both traditional and creative in the ideas they present each year. On a personal level they have done arrangements for my home and family members as well as funeral arrangements and casket sprays. I am always amazed at what they do. A FLORAL EXPERIENCE IS AWESOME!

The worst customer service ever. You know serving in the Army is not always the easiest thing. I do it for love of country and love of freedom. Thousands of miles from home all i wanted to do was send Mom some flowers. This lady treated me so badly. She was short, rude and treated me as if i was trying to do something illegal. She said that she would "do a beautiful job" - ummm lady, no thanks! your attitude speaks to your character. I am sorry you hate life, but do know that I serve so you can have that right. Terrible customer service. I specified flowers not to use. They made the arrangement with the flowers. Had to call back and complain. On the phone call she is trying to explain to me about how much each individual flower in arrangement cost. Also stated she put in an additional $4.50 to make more colorful. She offered to make another arrangement and took the old flowers back. Girlfriend apologized to them and let them know that the flowers they were asked not to use gave her a migraine and they didnt say a word. Just left. Very unprofessional and will never do business with them again.

After reading the abundance of positive reviews, I chose this place to purchase roses the day before Mothers Day. The woman handling the phone was a little slow at first, but understood everything eventually and assured me there were fresh roses. The price was fairly reasonable, as I would have expected to pay for nice flowers. The order was placed around 3PM, delivery was $10, and the flowers were received within 2-3 hours. The response alone that I got from my mother was worth every penny! She said the people were very friendly, and the flowers were beautiful. Very satisfied.

When I called and spoke with them they were very courteous and professional. I called mid-day and they were able to get my order out that afternoon for delivery. Their website has a great selection of flowers so you know what their creations are like, and they have actual photos of arrangements they have made. The flowers were very nice when delivered, and my wife loved them. That says it all right there. Oh yeah - when I was talking to the shop about an arrangement I had seen online, she offered a special price that was lower than what they had online!

I chose this floral shop based on the reviews I found online. My mother just moved to Irving and started a new job. The lady I spoke with offered me many different pricing options / packages. she was extremely knowledgeable and very very sweet. I have to say this is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received from a floral shop anywhere. my mother was extremely happy with the quality of the flowers. I dont know of any other floral shops in the area but I will say this one is absolutely amazing. I will be ordering from them in the future.

My husband surprised me at work today with a beautiful flower arrangement. I am working in Dallas this week and he called A Floral Experience from California, spoke with Dona, and my flowers were delivered within a few hours! The arrangement is elegant in a nice square glass vase. When I called to thank my husband, he said, "The florist was great and Dona was so nice!" We are relocating to Dallas in the summer and will definitely use A Floral Experience again in the future. Thanks for the great service and awesome flowers!

Doná worked with me today to create an elegant, one-of-a-kind congratulations gift. She had ideas and was resourceful and then literally went the extra mile to make the gift work. She also texted me a photo of what ultimately was delivered--elegant, tasteful. She really listened to me to make the idea happen. Given that Im over a thousand miles away, her customer service skills really excelled and made me feel confident that together, we were creating something special. And the recipient was thrilled. Very five star.

I based my choice on previous reviews. When I called the gentleman was a true Southern Gentleman with excellent communication skills. My baby girl is starting her first job post college and is a long way from home. He was courteous and gracious. I hope when she receives on Monday that they are a beautiful as she. 3-31-2014 I have ordered from this florist again. The first time they sent the perfect arrangement and I am sending again with anticipation of excellence. Great Service, Great Flowers!!!!

Fantastic florist. Called to have a very last minute delivery/arrangement done for my wife and they got it done. The flower arrangement was beautiful and the person I spoke to over the phone was incredibly nice, courteous, and professional. I really appreciated how fast and accommodating they were. I called other florists and no one was willing to make a delivery in the incredible short time frame I gave them. Not only did "A Floral Experience" deliver, they really went all out to make it special.

I had the most impressive experience with, A Floral Experience, yesterday. You will not be disappointed if you purchase flowers from them. They go above and beyond to ensure their arrangements are beautiful and fresh. They sent me a picture of the arrangement to ensure they were sending what I had in mind. Without a doubt, the most well put together arrangement I have ever purchased. I cant say thank you enough to this team!! I wish you guys were in every city!!

You really need to update your website and make it guest friendly. I applaud (and prefer) you attempting to showcase your own creations rather than the "1-800 model" but it needs to work. I was looking for a new florist closer to my wifes new office and like to enter in the info once so I prefer ordering via web account and w/o having to use the phone. Im sure your flowers are beautiful but I cant use the site to order its a deal breaker. Sorry.
