My son ordered flowers for me for Valentine’s Day. The initial order process with a man at the store was great...but the customer service that followed was UNACCEPTABLE. He called back on Valentine’s Day to check on the order.. A woman answered. SHE WAS VERY RUDE!!!. He was told they would be delivered by 4pm and hung up the phone. My son called back and this time got a man, but then this lady took the phone from him and AGAIN VERY RUDELY SAID OUR POLICY IS THE FLOWERS ARE GUARANTEEED DELIVERY BY 4PM AND THEN AGAIN HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! This was the first time my son had used this flower shop AND IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME. I understand Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days for this industry BUT RUDENESS IN ANY RETAIL BUSINESS IS UNACCETABLE.!!!! June 24th...Both my son and myself received phone calls from the owner. Was somewhat surprised to hear from her after such a long period of time since Valentines Day. But as she said she was doing damage control..... She apologized for the rudeness on Valentines Day to my son and also sent my a beautiful plant as her way of showing her apology. She further explained that she had been in business for 19 years and that Valentines Day was one of the most stressful. I understand that and said I appreciated the call and plant as a jester of good faith. But my concern is that when Valentines Day comes again and of course it will be stressful again, and after being in the business for 19 years, what will change?? I am really not sure if I want to take the chance of finding out....time will tell....

Ordered was such a Hugh disappointment! I ordered the top tier of the Madly in love for my husband for our 25th anniversary. Photo online shows 15 full size roses and many mini roses and greenery. What my husband got was 12 roses fully open with greenery that is it for $72.99 plus tax and delivery (almost $85) I could have gone to a grocery store and got these for $20. I tried to upload photo, just so i could show how bad what was sent is nothing like the photo and i am not talking about flower colors. i dont care what color they were just the lack of detail and amount. I am ashamed and feel horrible that these are what my husband is left with to show off for our 25th. I have never sent him something so poor looking in my life. Just can not state how deflated i was when he sent me a photo of them...the customer service for Flowers for you offered me only ten dollars credit back to my credit card. That was not working for me and I had to go to their website and quote their policy to get a full refund on this order but i also cancelled an order i had set up for Mothers day. I am not going to take the chance. They get one star for refunding my money.

My wife and I placed an online order ($72) for an elegant bouquet with pink roses and white lilies (the whole bouquet was pink, white, and green), to be delivered for my mother’s birthday. When my mother sent us a photo of what she received, it was a garish, bright red, orange, yellow, purple, and pink assortment with a huge yellow and rainbow-colored "happy birthday" balloon attached. The roses were orange with red tips, and there were no lilies. (See photo of "ordered" and "delivered" that I posted.) I understand that a bouquet won’t look exactly like the online photo, but there was no comparison between these bouquets other than the word “roses.” Surely a florist should recognize that one style of bouquet is not an adequate substitute for a completely different style. When I called to complain, the florist explained that they had been out of pink roses (!) and white lilies. She agreed to go back and deliver the correct bouquet, but she also insisted on taking back the original bouquet. Horribly frustrating experience, and completely defeated the purpose of sending flowers.

Hello, First of all, I want to say that my husband went personally to this store to find purple tulips for me for Mothers Day. He came home surprising me with beautiful tulips, but described to me the experience. The lady from the store didnt want to help him find some purple tulips. He got frustrated because she kept telling him to search on his phone what other shops were offering for purple tulips. He kept telling her to just show him what she had available, but she refused to give him a price. Towards the end, my husband walked away and she went to go get him and finally wanted to help him. Second of all, Its been 5 days and my tulips are dead. I wish I could upload a picture to show everyone how upset my tulips look and how frustrated I feel because he spent a lot on these flowers. Never again from this shop...

I ordered Valentines Day Roses for my Wife yesterday. $200 they still have not been delivered at 4 PM on Valentines Day. Cannot reach the florist because phone number has been disconnected. I will never do business with this company again. June 24th, 2014. I received a call from the owner and she had just seen the reviews on Google. She apologized for my disappointment. The flowers did get delivered on Valentines Day 10 minutes before the business closed they were beautiful, very high quality and they lasted along time. But my wife still missed the attention from her co-workers on Valentines Day. The owner of Flowers For You offered to send more flowers to my wife yesterday. They were also beautiful and high quality. My wife was able to enjoy the attention from her co-workers. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my experience ordering flowers here. I called, made the payment and they were delivered within 2 hours. My girlfriend was so surprised at the quality of the flowers. And I was "the good boyfriend" for a day. I will use them again. Update 11/22/16. I used them again today and Yoni is so wonderful to work with. She is so pleasant on the phone, as is the rest of the staff. They will take care of your needs in a timely manner. I will continue to buy here.... you should too. Dean Update 02/14/17 OMG!! This is the 3rd time I have used them. And look what they did for Valentines Day. They are artist in every form of the word. I will only buy from this place. This is the best flower shop I have ever experienced! I called at 8:30 pm on a Friday night, and it went to voicemail. After a few minutes, I recieved a phone call from the owner Yuni. After a brief conversation, I was told she could deliver a bouquet of roses to my apartment at a very reasonable price. I paid for the roses over the phone and 30 minutes later, I received the most beautiful roses Id ever seen. Im extremely happy with my purchase and the friendly owner. Its amazing that I was able to receive a beutiful bouquet on such short notice, and at such a late hour. I will always use Flowers For You from now on! Thank you Yuni!
