I have purchased from Bloom Flowers a couple of years ago and the service was great. However, recently when I called to place an order the individual was rather matter of fact and when I had to stop her to retrieve my debit card, she sighed. I mentioned to her that she sounded as if she was having a bad day and the answer was a curt "no, no at all". Then she put me on hold. (I can imagine what was being said behind my back). When she returned, I decided that I would order elsewhere. I came up with an excuse to call back. She gave me my order number and when I scrambled to write it down and repeat it, she was impatient when the numbers I wrote were transposed. I expect the best in customer service since I have been in the service industry for 30 years. One should have patience, a sense of humor and smile when they speak on the phone to a customer. If they cant exhibit these qualities, then they shouldnt answer the phone. They have lost my business to another florist who happened to be cheerful, patient and (didnt sigh under her breath) while I found my debit card.

Used the Carrollton location, October 2015, had a vow renewal and placed order in person a month prior and went over specifically the size and amount of sunflowers to be used in my bouquet. Therefore the price reflected it. I go and pick up the order, and was very shocked and disappointed to see the size and lack of sunflowers in the bouquet. I nicely voiced my concern and disappointment, and they tried to fix it....by adding 1 regular size sunflower!!! I had ordered 7 to 8 of the regular large size sunflowers!!! Wow. Not much I could do at that point. They did not have anymore in the store. I came back Monday after the ceremony, and talked to them about it again. They offered a full refund, I said that doesNOT sound fair, how about just half. Well its been 3 weeks, and still no refund. I called again today, they said they would call me back Monday. This is the first time I used this florist, and I guess it will be the last. For what I paid, I did not receive.

I am always nervous when trying a new florist, since it is easy for these orders to go wrong and mistakes are expensive. In Bloom is great though. Ordered online after seeing its solid Google rating and, sure enough, we had no problems. Flowers were delivered to gfs workplace within twenty-four hours, as requested. Flowers looked BETTER than the picture showed. Perfect. This will be my florist from now on.

Arrangement was exactly as shown. My wife loved the flowers. The driver called and asked when she would be home. After telling him, he arrived within 15 minutes. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend this florist. Have used for years, and never have I been disappointed.

Placed an online order @ 8:30 am while traveling on airplane from DFW to San Fransisco. Sent my wife a flower arrangement to help pick her spirits up that day. They delivered the flower arangement to her school within 2 hours. That is incredible service.

Not living in the Dallas area found this by Goggling flowers in Carrollton. The flowers were for daughter in law who had had surgery. They were fresh and colorful with many buds. She texted a picture and I was very pleased. Thank you In Bloom.

I have used In Bloom Flowers 4 times so far and each time they have sent the best. Their roses last a very long time and smell great. They always seem to put a very big smile on my wife’s face and make the other ladies in the office jealous.
