Some long hair guy with glasses is very rude. He exchanges bad parts for customers an gives them money an parts. He slides parts to his friends I been there an watched the things he was doing. I was there for over 30 minutes an nobody ever offered to help. A lady n a red shirt margaret is her name she just got to work put her stuff up clocked n an helped me out. She was very helpful an showed me where everything was that u was looking for. Will b back because of her. Thank u.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could, out of all the auto zones ive been to throughout the years. Reason being ALL the employees here are unprofessional, lazy, give inaccurate information, and claim to never have any of the car parts in stock. And thats if they pick up the phone w/o hanging up,or you get to talk to an employee in person w/o a half hr wait. I will never spend my hard earned money @ a place with piss poor treatment such as this and i hope you dnt either

Never gotten out of here in less than 30 minutes. They are consistently short handed. Staff is helpful though, eventually. **scratch that. I ordered a part online and got an email stating it was ready for pickup. Get to the store and was told they couldnt find the part and need to order it instead. There is an OReilly right next door with shorter lines and better quality parts.

Peggie A. The manager has a Bad attitude. It seemed like she Only helped me because thats her job and she has to perform it. But she didnt give me a good customer service. Other employees have a good attitude always willing to help :) except her. I guess shes biased towards Hispanic young ladies like me. Hope this review helps improve their customer service :)

Just had my battery changed in my 2014 Chevy Equinox, they were so kind and so fast! The guy who helped me even asked if I wanted to wait inside because it was so hot. If I have any car needs I will come back here, all the staff were very nice. So much better than going to a dealership to wait for hours, pay double and be treated like a number. Thank you!

THIS PLACE, I ONLY GO THERE BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY PLACE NEAR ME, THEY HAVE ONE GUY THAT IS A GOOD WORKER. I HAVE BEEN THERE WAITING 20 minutes at TIMES JUST TO PAY, AND YOU ASK IF ANYBODY IS AT CHECK OUT, AND THEY SAY, " SOMEBODY WILL BE THERE, BUT NOBODY COMES. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO IT.

I was here close to closing time and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. They didnt try to rush me out the door. They even said after they locked up if I needed anything to just knock on the door. I was very surprised at the one star ratings. My experience with them was wonderful.

The women there work harder than most of those men employees. They are VERY slow in getting people through the line. One employee inside one in the back one outside the phone will ring and ring and ring before someone picks up. Very unorganized system of staff

Fing idiots, closed 10min earlier when u need them the most for tire repair till u can make it home, and stood there while I watched outside at the stated time 10pm, so went next door to OReilly where they took care of me

The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I come in. The only problem I have is the wait. Sometimes it can be 10 minutes or more even when the store is practically empty.
