I have made two trips to this NAPA store and their credit card machine has been broken for almost a week. They have been unable to process my battery core refund due to the broken credit card machine. There is no sense of urgency on repairing the credit card machine, and there are no alternatives offered other than "please try another store." I dont know how long they hope to stay in business, or how serious they are about doing business, if they dont have an operable credit card machine. I have carried heavy batteries in there twice, and no one has offered to help me carry them back to the car. Next time, I will be purchasing batteries from the Oreillys autoparts located next door, or the Autozone located across the street.

Great service, they just dont say year/make and model, but actually try and help you with what you need. I have a 2009 Pontiac G8 and not very many parts stores carry my parts, but with a little help and not the attitude of "well its not in our system I cant help you" the parts can be found. This is why I highly recommend this store, ask for Mark if he doesnt know he will take the time to help you research, extremely great customer service. I am not very old(24), but I do know that some people dont want to go the extra mile, this is not the case with Mark at this Napa, he took care of my needs even without all the right information. Absolutely amazing customer service A+++++

Initially refused and then very reluctant to honor an 18 month warranty on my two truck batteries that were only 1 year in service - and I had the original receipt. Implication was that I was trying to put one over on NAPA. No offer to help take them to my car and these are HEAVY! Did I mention that Im 62 and handicapped? They let me use a hand truck to take them out by myself. Before I wheeled them out I asked him to verify the size (width) since the replacements were maint free (originals werent) and I had very little room to spare. He made a big deal out of finding a tape measure and then he handed it to me so I could go look for the old batteries and measure them.

3 times now I been there and at no point did I get knowledgeable help. It is as if they dont even know what they sell or that certain tools exist. If you go there, just look for the tool yourself to save time. They may have it but they front desk guy probably wont even know what you are talking about. He didnt even know what a lock ring plier was. So I went to the rack and finally found it and showed him. "Never even seen that in my life..." <---- Yeah, thats what he actually said. And avoid morning time when they open.... no customers but you might as well be invisible. You will be late for work because nobody asks if you need help.

I called around to a few places looking for a radiator for a Toyota Tacoma. Napa was the only place in the area that had the part in stock. It is obvious that the people who work here have knowledge on auto parts unlike some of the competitive stores I have also shopped at.

Very incompetent counter personnel. I had a part number and the item needed o be ordered from the wharehouse. Two of them couldnt figure out the order, timing or cost. Dont waste your time with this incompetent group.
