Black-Owed and Ran, this shop is owned by 5 time first place winner for visual excellence in freehand tattoo by the Tattoo Convention that is held here in Houston, Texas every year. Michael Wallace, holder of three visual arts degrees and founding father of "Tapout Tuesdays" in which a certain amount of money gets you as many tats as you can stand to get in one sitting! I am a VIP member and love the neighborhood feel of this shop. In addition, he boasts the BEST TATTOO ARTIST in the city!

I just tried to go to this place and the open sign is on as well as there is someone sitting in there. However he would not open the door and just starred at me. This is really bad customer service. It was supposed to open half an hour ago and if for some reason they are unavailable, they should turn off the open sign or clme out and explain. Dont just sit there starting at us. My friend and I will NOT be back.

Eli Maldonado is such a talented, outgoing artist. He makes the experience easier. Its apparent to all of his customers that he truly cares about the effort he puts in and the outcome of his work. I especially love his script and Japanese style work. 10/10! Two thumbs up!

My time spent in tapout didnt disappoint me. Rogg is a great artist and took his time with me even though I moved a lot lol. He reassured my comfort and over all his performance was great. He is definitely my life time artist.
