The price was too high. Product didnt work as I was informed. Also he was to busy on the phone with his family to help me. Once he did get off the phone and i made my purchase of a vap pen with multiple flavors and i was requesting some help getting started he left me to help other people that just waked in. Then he proceeded to over fill (against the directions on the package of his own product). Maybe he had a bad day but very poor service and products. :( (Would like to note this is my first and only ever negative review)

I love this place, I live right across the street and am spoiled rotten, wont ever go anywhere else, hours are great, staff is friendly (and bilingual) and prices are super fair and theyre knowledge on product performance and matching you with the right thing is phenomenal, in Houston? Come here!

I called like 5 times already just to ask if they have an item in stock before i go and make the drive and the guy keeps on hanging up the phone on me and putting me on hold and never answered my question very rude and the worst customer service ever. I would give it a ZERO if i could.
