Great store with a helpful staff ---im not from houston, but needed some supplies while i was in town. I was reluctant because of some of the bad reviews, but in my opinion, those were the fake reviews. Staff spent about 20-30 min answering all of my questions, and had a great attitude the whole time. When I was ready to purchase, I bought a few things and they gave me a discount. As far as the glass origin, they had some really nice stuff ( i recognized HiSi which is definitely not from china). Dont let the bad reviews turn you off, brick and mortar stores like these are hard to come buy and prices are going to be a little higher than online, but they were reasonable considering the overhead.

I highly suggest going to Smoke Dreamz! Theres a guy and a woman I always see, each are extremely nice. The selection isnt the biggest, but I have purchased three different pieces there, all really well-priced and very unique. On top of that, my first visit I left with a 15% discount card on the next pipe I purchase, the second time the sales guy threw in a lighter...I know these are small gestures, but, I dont see it happen anywhere else!! Do you!? Oh, and renue, theres a reason everyone has good reviews and you dont...youre probably wrong- better yet, I bet youre a douche bag and they dont want to deal with you. I wouldnt blame them.

The selection was good but the owner who was servicing customers was ridiculously high. Im pro legalization and I understand its a smoke shop but I do expect a bit of professionalism. When I was paying, she interrupted my sale to sell to a guy who was making a bigger order (ie a more important customer) and I had to wait for about 10 minutes while she flirted with him. When my turn finally came up, I realized I got the wrong rolling papers, however she was too high to let me change them out. The selection is definitely good, if only the owner had taken her business seriously...

Its a smoke shop we get it but they can at least have some people that actually care. First you walk in and it reeks of herb... Second you get some lazy stoner who wears vineyard vines who can barely operate the register. We went in for a pack of backwoods cigars and they had the audacity to staple shut the wrapper because it was previously opened. The cigar was obviously its just bad business. Take your business to burn smoke shop even if its a drive. They got the selection and never previously opened cigars.

Great little shop,great customer service. Weve been to many smoke shops all over & every since we stumbled across Smoke Dreamz its been our1&only. I use to call to make sure they had what I needed. I just show up now.Never once a dissapointment. They even waited for me to show up after hours! Im not sure what much more you could expect. Im actually about to head there right now to kick the weekend off right.

If you are a business owner and you want to figure out how excellent customer service works go hang out here for a while. The store is clean and orderly, the guy behind the counter knows just about everything about his products, and the staff acknowledges you when you come in even if their really busy. If every American store operated at the level these guys do, shopping would be the national past time.

Definitely one of the best smoke shops in Houston, conveniently located in a good part of town with a very friendly, helpful staff! Ive never seen such an excellent collection of rolling papers and glassware in one store--this is the place to go!! My only criticism is that some of the books have an absolutely ridiculous markup, but for all of your other smoking needs, youll find what you need here!

This place is great and I cant say enough about it. The manager Jason went out of his way to help me get a product that he was out of. He ordered exactly what I wanted and personally called me to tell me it was in. The customer service is great and his employees are friendly. The shop has been around for years and if theres something you want, this shop has it.

I bought 7 majic mushroom kits and were all bad. Call the old man that sold them to me. And ask if he do anything like discount the ones I wanted. because I just waisted 1000 on kits that dont work. He started arguing with me that he is not going to help me out. In america if something doesnt work or sucks u should be able to get your money back

Great customer service with lots of vaping products. I wish they had more 0 nicotine e juice options available. It is quite overpriced compared to ordering online but at least you get the product right there and then. Just got into vaping and was recommended the Joyetech aio box and so far it has been good and simple to use.

Great shop feels like home from the second you walk in. My wife and I have been coming here since 2012 and I just introduced my dad here. Mom and pop are great, so is Jason theyll help you out with whatever you need and however long it takes just yo make sure you are satisfied. I love this shop I go here for everything.

Ive been going here for years. There is no other shop in town that can compare with Smoke Dreamz. Well... maybe Smoke Dreamz #2. Family owned. Jason is the man with the master plan. This place has everything that you need and more.

I love going here. Its of the top smoke shops in Houston to me as far as the ones I have been too. Nice deal on hand dipped incense and cool incense boards and other gadgets. It always smells great and either locations.

Trucker joe... I liked the place the guy was cool as hell didnt beat around the bush knew exactly wat I wanted wanted it for..herb.. Was cheap and good as hell too ... Ill shop there again...
