I went there to buy half a dozen cigars. They had a very limited variety, most of which were almost out of stock (1 or 2 cigars left). I had to compromise quality in order to buy 5 cigars of the same kind. After I left the store, I saw another cigar shop 200 ft away, which actually had a humidor and too many cigars to choose from. So, I went back and tried to return the cigars to "Still Smikin", but they refused. It hadnt been 5 minutes since I bought them. To me, it is quite unacceptable for a store to not accept returns; especially when the return is immediate, and the goods are still in their original package. If anything, they shouldve accepted the return out of courtesy.

My boyfriend just left this shop, for the second time. Even though the first time was in December 2015- a year and a half ago, the owner/clerk recognized him immediately and even remembered what product he purchased last! With the best knowledge in the business, "Still Smokin" is the only shop that we will go to! Its rare that my boyfriend raves about amazing experiences in Houston- so after incredible customer service, acknowledgement of repeat business and an owner who is cheerful to see his customers, we will recommend this smoke shop to anyone- whether you live here or are just visiting, go see Still Smokin on Westheimer! You wont regret it!

Been this store twice now. First experience was average with the couple working there. But second experience with another guy was excellent. He was so well attentive and helpful that made me feel like rating and reviewing it. After a while liked customer service. Will definitely go there and recommend yall this place. Usually owners dont know whats going on or whats what but this dude knew things completely and explained me inside out about the kit and water pipe I was looking for.
