Absolutely incredible service. Last night I went in to get a new rig and I ended up staying for an hour and a half to the lady behind the counter about random stuff They also have a good selection of vape mods, attys, juices, etc. I dont know much about water pipes and hookah but it looks like they have a good selection of these type of products, as well as cigarettes, rillos, and cigars. Finally, the reward system they have Id incredible. I get discounts all the time. And the staff, again, helps me save money very often. This is probably my favorite store in Houston.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SMOKE SHOP! IT SUX !!!!! "PRICEY"! + "THE" WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. Terrible PR. The fellow working wasnt nice......AT ALL. I left immediately, and all I wanted was a batch of "Kratom" for that day. I usually go to Mr. Smoke on Westheimer, but it was too far. In the future, I WILL take that long drive out by Highway 6.......JUST TO BE TREATED LIKE A DECENT HUMAN BEING. Only reason I gave (1) star is because "Google" wont let you rate a "0". Shop where your money is appreciated, period.

Went into Cloud 9 smoke shop and wow. The customer service here was amazing!!! I went in asking for a replacement Pyrex glass for my matrix tank that broke and they did have any to sell but he found one that fit mine and let me have it free of charge. He told me he understood it happens sometimes and I can tell you that that customer service goes a long way because the have a customer for life now!

Came in during my lunch break to check out some glass pipes. Was quickly greeted by a gentleman named Peter. He showed me their glass pipes and I asked him about the dry herd vapes and he quickly showed me what they had available. He was very knowledgeable on the different vapes. Bringing home the Pax 2 and very excited to use it! Will be coming back! Thanks Cloud 9
