I went there 2 days ago looking for some shoes. There were 2 employees (male and female) at the counter in the shoe department. The male was briefly at the counter and the female was on the phone. So as Im standing in line I was not greeted at all by either employee. So when the female employee hangs up the phone, she leaves and didnt say anything to customers that were standing in line waiting for someone to help us. I found a shoe that I wanted but I waited for about 10-15 minutes for someone to help me and the male employee went to the back and didnt come out for a long time! I got pissed and left! I will not be shopping there anymore! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT STORE! Do not shop there!

Jcpenney wallisville (Jewelry department)By far the worst customer service. I called asking for information about a battery change on my husband watch, the rude person who answered seemed like she hates her job. You should be fired then. After answering one thing she wanted to hang up on me I was like wait.. whats the cost for it? She obviously didnt want to talk. She said they accepted my watch even though I bought it at Macys. I went to the store 30 min after and the same person who answer the phone told me they didnt accepted watches from another store. Just for a new battery that I was going to pay for? And she said they could do it at first. Just quit your job and go work where you belong lazy.

I hate to leave a bad review because the salon employees were so Kind and Patient. But, I want to save the customer the time and trouble. I paid for a blow out and left with frizzy hair. I blame JC Penney for this. They are advertising 4 different blowouts that their employees are not well trained in. I had to tell the sweet lady not to bother with hairspray bc all along I was planning on doing it myself when I got home. I didnt bother complaining bc after all this is how the salon employees make a living. Shame shame on JC Penney for advertising Blow Outs and not properly training their employees. I had an event to attend and was not happy that I had to go home and do it over. Save your money!

Anna ensured I understood and received the correct price on all merchandise. She didnt hesitate to assist with customers and redirect as needed or appropriate. Friendly with very cordial smile. Najeny was the cashier. She readily ensured I got the most for my money by allowing me multiple transactions. This allowed me to take advantage of spend $25.00 get $10.00 off. She did it all with a big smile and great customer skills. I was able to take advantage of all savings. I usually shop up to three times monthly in this location.

I had a question about a ring so I approached two employees having a conversation. I patently waited till the conversation was over, but in the middle of their conversation one lady looks at me annoyed as if I interrupted, didnt even ask me if I need help with something so I just ask my question and they lady just looked at me stupid as the other lady answered the question I asked. The one lady was really rude for no reason. Horrible customer service

Employees are nice enough, the store is always clean when I come here, and they never hassle me with returns, so its safe to say its a great store. In regards to the other reviews: They do two transactions per coupon so that people do not take advantage of the system and hold up their lines. They do not print it on the coupon itself because it should be common sense not to abuse each usage.

Customer be awar! I went shopping and was trying to use my coupon on different transaction, which was like 5, the cashier told me they could only do two transactions, told me because they were busy!, im sorry what?! And that it was stated on the coupon, customers that information is not on the coupon! And employees dont give us attitude because you are busy, because of us you have a job.

NOT a family friendly environment. A floor manager here blatantly harassed a breastfeeding mother, driving her to leave the store in tears. Not only was this disgusting behavior on the managers part, but it was illegal. Breastfeeding rights are protected in the United States, and that includes Texas. Shame on you, JC Penney!
