I hate to generalize the entire store over one bad employee.....but....Im going to do it. I went in looking for a collard shirt (for work). The employee who will remain nameless told me I couldnt try it on first. I said I wanted to try it on to make sure it fits.... you know, normal thing you do when clothes shopping. He said "well whats your shirt size? Get your shirt size and it will fit, theyre all the same"..!! I was not allowed to try on a shirt. Really?!! Theyre all the same, huh? So if I walk over to the shoe section the Nike will fit EXACTLY the same as the Adidas? Ironically they have dressing rooms there. But apparently your not allowed to use them.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! The ladies name was Rhonda. Very rude she seemed to be bothered about her job so someone needs to do her the favor and fire her. She smacks her lip at customers and does the eye rolling thing. If I was a business owner I would not want an employee like her. And once it was brought to the managers attention about her behavior manager just apologized but as if she was bothered as well. And by reading these reviews it seems I wasnt the only one who received the horrible service. So someone needs to look into this immediately cause I love shopping at burlington but I can reassure that I will never shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They left me on the phone for 15 minutes, then when the clerk returned to the phone, she said there is no one to help me in the mens department and she cant help me right now beacuse she have customers ready to check out. I hope upper managment read these reviews and start firing the bad apples, starting with the managers..... I will never shop at this location again!!!!! MANAGERS take note; when I visited El Paso, TX there CSR was SUPPER helpful on the phone and in the store.... And the El Paso stores are cleanner than your store, and have variety that your store would dream of having!!!

i went there and and my child had to use the restroom and it was disgusting! tampons and cotex on the floor as well as soiled toilet paper!!! there are no trash cans so i can see why people are having to just put it on the floor, it was extremely unsanitary. I made my child wait so we can go next door to academy. I made a complaint and was told "we dont have a cleaing crew, it only comes in the mornings" really??? something needs to be done? thats unhealthy!!!

I was in the store a week ago and I see a lot of postive changes with the store manager . I think she is great and she went out of her way to help Me with my problem. On the other hand I wish the would have gotten rid of stephine she is not a very pleasant person at all very rude manager . I do not care for her at all. Keep up the good work Ricky.

I think this is like the biggest burlington i been to good prices great selectio. For everyone from smalls to the biggest have clothe for bog and tall people (including my husband) clothe real hard to fine in his size and at a good price..... Good.....

Horrible customer service. Employees are slow to move, untrained. Managers name is Sharlett. Store was unable to refund our item despite it was a couple days after the return policy. We live nowhere near one of these stores. Wont shop here again.

This place is a joke. The lines are extremely long. They are always understaffed!! There are clothes, shoes, other merchandise all over the floor. Its disgusting. The bathrooms are horrible! I will not spend my hard earned money in this store.

Absolutely love this store!! Ive gone to other Burlington locations and by far this is the best one Ive gone too. They have a large selection of jewelry that are so beautiful and great brand clothing for good reasonable prices.

They need to hire more staff. All the women sizes are mixed. For some reason they just keep buying dark colors on the women section. The majority of the women brands have unknown names, no longer selling well known brands.

Huge store! Always clean. Im not sure how but they keep all clothes in order. Rarely do I see clothes on ground . GREAT PRICES beautiful art and accessories for decorating your home. Amazing shoes!

Conveniently located in a very busy area of 1960 with lots of restaurants, shopping and financial institution. However on the weekend its hard to get in and out of the shopping area due to traffic.
