I visited this location on National Donut Day. When I walked in, there were four patrons ahead of me who had already placed their orders. I walked to the counter and began telling the guy at the counter what I wanted. Some lady, obviously late for whatever, rushes in and tells him that shes placed a to-go order and needs help to her car. The register guy leaves me to go and help her. Not the best customer service move, but, okay. I place my order and wait. By this time, several folks have walked in and placed orders. Not just for plain/iced/glazed donuts, but specialties, as well. Everyone was served and left BEFORE ME! I silently let the guy know that Id been waiting too long and he says, "Just a minute longer, were making FRESH donuts for you now." What does that mean? Did the people before me get crappy donuts? By now, I was definitely annoyed.A guy walks in, places his order and leaves...IM STILL SITTING THERE! Another 5-10 minutes goes by and he says the same thing, but OTHER PEOPLE have come and gone before me! I get my keys and am ready to ask for my money back, when he comes out with my first box of donuts. He says, "See, fresh!?!?" If fresh means melted and oozing, then yeah, I guess they were. Another lady whod been waiting just as long as I had said, "Youd think with as long as youd been waiting, they wouldve been prepared and cooled, right?" I didnt say anything. I just got the boxes and was ready to leave. Just then, a lady came from behind the counter with a box of donut holes as a "freebie". I was beyond livid! Not only was the Customer Service sub-par; the last, waiting, patrons were African American (myself and another lady with her young son). We were DEFINITELY there before most of the people who had come and gone. Ill never come back to this location again. Ill either go to Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kreme or the original Glazed location on S. Main/Kirby.

This guy

The food is delicious. Service is why the 2 stars. I left feeling like they only cared about getting my money, not about my repeat business. He suggests the burger. Naturally i reply with "of course, make that beef bloody too, medium rare" him:ok ok, would you like bacon? Me: do you have to ask it helps soak up the blood on that medium rare patty(i say trying to get him to fully confirm, not just "ok ok") him: ok ok, would you like to add an egg? Me: yeah make it Over Medium I dont want it as runny as my burger. Him: of course---while handing my food is when its mentioned that they cannot prepare beef in that manner. Had i been told in the beginning, I wouldve been ok with it, the fact that he obviously knew and kept quiet to make a sale bothers me to no end. Nothing said about my egg...which was cooked OverHard....Was excited, will never return.

They are entirely too good. In the 1wk of knowing them Ive been 3 times and i dont even like sugary crap. I just felt my heart pound hard so ill have 2 stop going after just ordering a dozen for the office. The warmth here is like friends n family im a corny joke maker and the lady laughed at my retardedness, walked over to personally take down my order and theyre JUST GREAT. the 1st time i went I got home looking at my donut wondering what in sam hell africans know about baking and immediately proceeded to choke from laughing at possibly the best donut ive had. Our affair was short n Sweeet! I will continue to gift you to others and reminisce on the sin we had.

Love the donuts! Different flavors, both classic and unique, along with some sandwich options for breakfast. Staff Is always friendly and its a pleasure coming. The ONLY reason they have 4 stars instead of 5 is because of location. Its a bit tucked away, limited parking, and its warm inside (most likely due to yeast/baking needs to be a certain temp, so not much to be done about that). Always a place to come for a fun treat.

Best Donuts and Breakfast Sandwhichs Ive ever had! I especially love how you can get the breakfast sandwhichs glazed, it takes it to a whole other level! They also make your donuts when you order them, so they are always warm and fresh! They have donuts you wont find anywhere else, very unique indeed! So glad I found this place, cant wait to take some to work for the co-workers.

Amazing place! Drove all the way from The Woodlands just to get a dozen for my anniversary. I was greeted warmly and once I told them why I was there, I was gifted with a beautiful strawberry cheesecake donut! I enjoyed a cup of coffee while my donuts were being freshly made. Very nice place and great workers. Id make the drive again.

This place has went downhill since the soft opening after that. Every time I decided to try again the service and donuts left much to be desired. Donuts are doughy. Not an actual good donut considering the topics make the entire thing. Not served fresh either. I hoped it would get better but Ive learned my lesson

Great place. Great variety! Donuts are served warm and fresh. Breakfast sandwiches also delicious! Each donut is huge and a full meal on its own. They accidentally gave me 2 kit kat donuts but the owner insisted on giving me the pineapple upside down one that i ordered on the house! Will go back soon!

Great service, the worker promptly greeted everyone that entered the store. He then showed us the specialty dounuts and recommended us some sandwiches as well. I got a croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a creme donut. Both were great, this is a good spot for breakfast or brunch

Donuts not what I expected. I was very excited to try them only to be extremely disappointed. Very pricey for BREAD ONLY and very very little filling. Will never return. I only gave them two stars because the guy that worked there was very nice and friendly.

Great donuts, great atmosphere, and great service. Nothing to complain about this place except remember to bring some cash to tip. I only had card on that day without any cash to tip for the great service, so I had to run to my car and collect 3 dollars coin

Called to have order ready so that I would not have to wait. I pulled up Im 10 mins, and nothing was ready. She told me it only takes 5 mins, I said I dont have 5 mins, which is why I called first. No urgency, terrible service.

The glazed chicken sandwich is amazing. The chicken was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice/heat. The entire menu is quite unique and the owner takes the time to walk you through it on your first visit.

First time trying it out, very friendly and good service. Could not decide, so many choices. Had strawberry cheesecake, oh my so good. My son had smores and said it was delish. Definitely coming back.
