I first looked up items online that I then went to the store to see. I wrote down the name and SKU number when I went to the store I didnt want to spend a lot of time looking for stuff so I started looking for an employee and stumbled across someone. My husband showed him the paper we had and he told us that if we had the thickness it would be easy to find b/c the aisles were organized by thickness, we didnt so he said we had to look it up by the sku I said "If you could just do that, that would be great". After making that comment the employee went off, he started rambling that he was the manager and that he didnt appreciate my attitude and that he had 15 other customers he had to deal with and that he couldnt make it from one end of the store to the other without being stopped. I was baffled at his response so I asked if he wanted to help us or not he said that he didnt like my attitude so I decided to leave the store. He proceeded to follow us and continue to rant about how if we needed help we should ask a regular employee. I have never in my life been in retail establishment where an employee would act like this never-less the manager. His behavior was completely uncalled for an inappropriate. He lectured me about how he shouldnt have to help us because he was the manager. Dont go here, being treated like this isnt worth the money you will save. They clearly dont care at all about customer services at all.

My husband suggested I go here to look at some tiles and laminate for the home that we will be moving into. I walked around the store looking at some tiles and I heard a good afternoon behind me. I turned and said good afternoon and began asking some questions. The salesperson at the registers name was Juan. I asked Juan if I could put laminate in the bathroom. He said you want the truth or just the standard answer? Something to that effect. I said I would like to know the truth about it because of course I asked the question...Juan then responds with "what the hell were you thinking" I was taken aback by this response because it was very rude and no way to speak to a customer. He then proceeded to explain that you shouldnt put laminate anywhere around water. I think he couldve said that better...despite all of that I did look around the store at the laminate and wood flooring and decided I would purchase some paint. I stood in the line (Juan was the only one at the register) I joined the line and he walked off with the customer in front of me to help him with something without saying Ill be back or Ill be with you shortly. I put my paintbrush down and I dont think well be purchasing flooring from this company. I did complain to the manager who was apologetic but it doesnt make up for their horrible customer service.

Would not even give them 1 star. Their tiles maybe to buy, came out all of different sizes. Their laminate, not even cheap, but of horrible quality. I had to buy almost 300 sq.ft extra to compensate for chipping and cracking laminate planks. They returned my 250 sq.ft but now I am left with the floor that is chipping, raising, not clicked right, so planks keep moving. They blamed my contractor...of course they did... Do not ever buy their hardwood floors or especially laminate. Terrible quality for money that you can get much better products in Lowes or Home Depot or any other floor that care about their reputation. This store has terrible customer services, horrible products and they do not care about store reputation, so why go there???? Go to Tilezone, Home Depot, Lowes. You have much better chances of getting normal products for your home improvement. Do not repeat my mistake...

Floor & Décor customer service is horrible. They treat you as a dishonest person. I bought a whole bunch of stuff from them but one item, which was a stone sealer which was given to me by their people did not work well and my newly treated granite counter top got stained from a toothpaste after several coat of application. On the bottle, said to return it back to store if not satisfied. When I tried to return the unused portion, which was still pretty full, I was denied. Because the seal was broken, they refused to take it back. Manager said, "how do I know you did not mix water to it to fill it up". So now I am accused of being a liar. These people have no respect for others and frankly, have no manner.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I had my debit card miss charged, $3,000 when it should have been $1,300. They ran the card credit and could not return my funds for 3 weeks. To top it off the cashier tried to hide her mistake when she slid me the return for credit paper, "Just sign this". If that wasnt enough they screwed up the order again, a seperate cashier. The products are cheap, some even cost effective. The employees must have been fired by every fast food joint in town, there are one or two worth their salt. I recently went back into the store again and over heard an associate arguing with a manager at the front doors because he called him buddy.

My husband and I went to Floor and Decor to select materials for our outdoor kitchen. When we walked in, we were greeted by a designer named Debra who listened to what we were looking for and made fabulous suggestions. She gave us ideas without being pushy and in fact was quite patient as we played with different materials. When we felt like we found what we wanted she helped us lay it all out on the floor in one of the isles so that we could see what it would all look like together. Its so rare to get outstanding customer service these days so we are truly appreciative and now cant wait to go home and put everything together!

Bought tile on Wed. 5-18 paid for it all and told them we would pick it Friday 5-20. Assured by floor rep it would be removed from stock and it would be ready when picked up. They wind up selling half of what we bought to someone else in between when we purchased and the pickup. When paid for should of been removed from available stock but either they didnt or sold it anyway. My floors were ripped up but didnt have all the tile to complete job so now I have bare floors and out money cause I have to pay the installers to come back to finish if and when it gets here. Poor service

Good product BUT absolutely ridiculous service by the employees. They talk to you like you are ignorant and they are hesitant to help. I called to obtain a delivery cost, and God forbid I actually had the sku number, the quantity and the mileage for her, but was told that she "cant just give me a price over the phone... she does have customers in her line she has to help as well." Not a problem I said! Gave her my name and number to call me back when she had the opportunity to obtain the cost. Her response - "Yeah, Ill see". Then hung up! UNBELIEVABLE!!
