I bought spare parts for a HOPPE lock system at BMC, and after about 30 or 40 emails and questionaires and pictures and almost 2 months, they couldnt figure out which model of lock was the correct one for my door, and guess what, they sent the wrong part, they asked for pictures so they would KNOW if the door opens to the left or to the right, well, it seems like the pictures and all the technical questions were not enough and they did not send me the right part. According to the invoice, they dont do exchanges and if they would, they will charge a re-stocking fee and additional shipping cost. I payed $400 for a custom made lock system for a glass door and I thought that I was going to be satified with it. I wish I could install a $50 HomeDepot lock instead but I couldnt, it had to be HOPPE. In order to finish the nightmare I decided to open it and fix it by myself and I did. I wish it never breaks again.

They built and installed all of our doors in our home. We have been having a problem with the glass with one of the balcony doors (the glass changed colors) . We have been trying to have them changed. We have been trying to reach Anthony Bailey but we have not been succesful. It is more the customer service for our guarantee.

Kept calling back because I was being transferred to sales and put on hold and no matter how many calls I made they wouldnt pick up for the past hour in a half in sales department, even left my number in the voicemail and still nothing. Lost my companys business

Horrible vendor. Poor communication. Merchandise received nearly 2 months after promised delivery date. Victor, Sales, agreed to provide updates, but did not. Managers at the Tomball store did not return calls.

Horrible service, sales people are virtually useless. Probably if you are a builder and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars theyll bother with you. I wouldnt recommend wasting your time there otherwise.

I couldnt locate appropriate matching trim pieces for a window, and was referred here. Vast selection, and they had exactly what I needed. Open to public, though they seem to cater to builders and such.

What a bunch of lazy employees. From the sales idiots to the installer idiots. Save yourself from a nightmare and go elsewhere. This place could be great, they just need to fire everyone and start over.
