Menards employee team is great to work with..I have been renovating my daughters mobile home for the last year. The team is very helpful in finding anything we have needed and if they cant find it they will ask another team member. The team seems to be cross-trained in every Department and very helpful when you need help they will also offer alternative and look on the internet to see if they can find what youre looking for if it is not in the store I have always been treated with respect and a smile when I come into the store even when I I have been tired and grumpy their Smiles friendliness and willingness to help always makes you feel better. The 11% rebate is awesome thank you Menards team staff of Manhattan Kansas!! Kim B.

Ive always had good experiences and have like Menards. That was until today. A simple request of getting three cedar pickets, while returning a couple items at the return counter turned into some of the worst customer service. The girl rolled her eyes at my simple request. I understand that there would have been a better department to process my request, but I had done that before at the return center before with no problem. After spending $2000 on my fence at Menards, I dont feel the need to spend a penny more.

I love this place, it has everything I could need at reasonable prices. However, they really need to stop hiring @ssholes. Im sick of walking up to someone for help and being ignored or worse yet they get an attitude like its not their job to answer questions. Like many great places around town it seems like this place is going down hill because of the people who work there.

Went to buy plywood. They do not cut plywood for you like home depot will. I asked customer service to send me someone to help me with measurements for a project. The person they sent was not able.to help and seemed to know little about types of plywood. The second person i found told me thr pieces i had would work for said.project. they did in fact not work.

The products we have bought at Menards have been very low quality and broke easy. Check out was fast, but returns/customer service took very a long time. When I called to get information on whether they had a certain material for a shed we are building I could never get through to anyone. Will not return.

I was kinda disappointed at the Menards in Manhattan Kansas, I went to price a piece of lumber for my 16 long smoker for a serving table, didnt get what I wanted, went to Salina Menards and the associate there was extremely helpful and I got exactly what I needed.

Menards prices are very good on some things, you just have to compare. Generally garden and landscaping type things are cheaper. They have good quality items. We purchased our metal roof through them last year, a good experience all around. Great place to shop.

Good place to shop for small items. They think they have the cheapest prices, not so much. Plus, not Vet friendly, as they say that their prices are cheap already. I think that they try to appease others by offering their mail-in 11% offers.

Not only does the store suck but when you try to email their customer service to tell them about the BS the website says "An error has occured, please try again later" ... No I did not type that wrong, everything about Menards is low rent.
