I went into the store in Council Bluffs, IA, looking for parts for a lamp I was making out of copper pipe. "Ed" waited on me and took me around to various spots and found the parts necessary to do this. I would not have been able to put it all together myself, given the various pieces that had to match up. Very positive experience. Thanks,

My fiance and I went in for a lot of supplies for our addition. We had a lot of help but Chris in plumbing was great to us. Extremely helpful even when we got confused or had to go back and ask a lot of questions. He was always happy and glad to help. Our other service wasnt that great but I will return because of him.

Seems to have more networking items then other hardware stores. However in general the prices also seem to be a little bit higher then I have found other places. That being said I do enjoy shopping here when I get the chance.

I dont shop here much and only go here if another place doesnt have what I want but it is a very nice clean store and they do have good prices. I have ordered online and had it shipped for instore pickup.

Horrible customer service! Associates have had little to no training, period! Dont waste your time coming here, go across the street to Menards for better selection and cheaper prices!

Gigantic place, but rather limited in what I was looking for (a sink aerator). Staff is helpful, but I went to the nearby Menards, where they had the exact-sized aerator I needed.

Lazy employees ! Nobody wanted to help , had no idea they are only there to sit infront of a computer ?. Im very disappointed they have no customer service .
