It was horrible and absolutely disgusting! I went in to look for some plants and get some lights this is what has happened. I was outside in the garden area about probably 9:15. As I was driving around looking for the plants that I needed I got hit by water not just a little water a whole lot of water and it was coming from the top of the under the plants I dont know it was it was up on top. Of course there was no one there to manage the Garden area imagine that? Yes it was late and he probably had stuff to restock and whatever but someone should be out there. After I finish getting wet I said to hell with looking out there and went into the store to finish my shopping. I went to look at some lights that I wanted to get gloves and whatever. After I was finished I got into the only line that was open there was problem with the first two customers one after the other I was in line for over 15 minutes and not one person came over or anyone asked for help. I got out of that line and happened to see two guys asked if one of them was the manager I am one of the managers the guy says. I explain to him what was going on he really wasnt rhat concerned. Nice guy on duty! I asked him if I could go to the front and check out where they normally send returns. I got to the return area to pay for everything and when I got finished paying for it at the desk she just walked off. Threw a bag on top of my items. Now how damn disrespectful and inconsiderate could you be and mind you I am a lady of 66 years old. I said to her are you not going to bag it and she said were not supposed to bag. She did bag and I walked out. Lowes closer to my home so thats probably where Ill shop from now on. I sure didnt feel there was any customer service in your store all. The lady or young girl running the register the only register opened in the store should have call somebody to come and help 15 minutes is way too long to be standing in line. Last of all I know youre not going to want to hear this but, some of the high school ladies need some education in respect an dignity. I sure hope the issues are addressed. Word of mouth is some of the worst advertisement you can have. Thanks for listening Sharon Haverstick I would rate the store asnof tonight maybe a 4

Bad service! Once again, I stand and wait in line an excruciating long time and then give up! I left my merchandise at the counter and left without paying. The entire time we waited in line... 3 employees stand at customer service counter watching the crowd wait. It looked like they discussed opening another line... but decided not to ( older guy in purple-pink shirt and glasses, tall slim young man in down vest and a blonde girl). I will continue to try and take my business elsewhere as this seems to be a normal policy. Shoppers-beware!!

I love the selection offered at Menards. It is like Amazon with a store front. I especially love the selection of lumber, and friendly staff. The store was clean and well staffed on the day I visited. I looked at fishing equipment and ended up buying several snacks for a fishing trip, including cheese curds! I lament that stores like Menards are rare in todays world. There arent many stores willing to compete with the likes of Wal-mart, Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot, or Target.

This menards is the most complicated of any of the menards un the metro area. Expect longer lines than the other stores as it is always under staffed. Managemen doesnt seem to care when you address the issues. Its not a surprise menards is losing contractor sales. I would try bellevue or omaha before this location. However ANY MENARDS IS BETTER than Home Depot or Lowes.

Looked at appliances. Amber in that dept was awesome, her co-worker not so much. I had asked her co-worker twice , over two days, if they carried counter depth fridges. He told me no. Asked amber this question she took us over and showed us one. Amazing. One appeared in inventory just by asking a knowledgeable employee a simple question. Amber is awesome.

Vey helpful staff....always a pleasant shopping experience. Staff offers great advice and are SO friendly! Everybody Ive dealt with always wants to make sure that I walk out happy. Definitely a better experience than the other big box stores.

They had everything in stock except my hair spray they were out. Its just easy to pick up things you need at one location. Well this time Ill have to make a trip to another store for that. But its really a great place to shop.

I did not like the manager that i talked to. Night shift he was really rude when i gave him the job applications. I dont know why you guys hire these kind of people if they are not going to be friendly to there customers.

Found everything I needed plus they had rebates on most things and they give you a receipt right there all you have to do is put your name on it and put it in the mail lot of things I got for free or for under 3 bucks

Very uncomfortable for customers and employees to have their backs to us during check out. Old stores where set up nice and face to face. Horrible job of a crazy designer or power hungry company owner.

Just like the other Menards, which is great because then you dont have to learn a new store layout. Good selection of stuff, friendly and helpful staff. Let the good times roll.

Bought 10 bags of mulch and while I was putting them in the Jeep, Brandon shows up and helps me put them inside. Didnt ask, he just helped me do it. 5 stars to Brandon!!!
