Horrible. Dont expect ANY help from this locations customer service desk OR management. Bought 2 faucets less than 2 months ago, lost the receipt (which was MY bad), but never used the faucets. I called this location TWICE yesterday simply to confirm that they would be able to process a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE for the $300 worth of faucets..... I made it clear I was by NO means searching for a cash-back refund. This location told me TWICE in my confirmation calls that they indeed carried the product and an exchange was no problem...... I wanted to be sure of that before I drove the 4 hours down to magnolia from where I live. Again, FOUR HOURS EACH WAY! Well, upon arriving in magnolia this morning I was met with complete incompetence which then progressed to flat out rudeness. By rude, I mean ABHORRENTLY rude. As in I have never, EVER had an experience in a store as bad as this one. The two sales associates i had spoken with yesterday blatantly lied and told their "on duty manager" Mike that they had never even spoken with me, which then turned into some bullsh*t statement that they had actually told me that they COULDNT do an exchange. Needless to say, Mike decided to take their word for it. Like, seriously? An employee just screwed up...... do you really think they are going to be honest and risk getting in trouble? Oh but it doesnt stop there...... manager Mike then slams me with about a dozen irrelevant and completely innaproriate remarks and questions...... a few of which went something like this...... and I QUOTE: "did YOU buy these? Or did your PARENTS buy them"...... where in the WORLD would he have even THOUGHT to ask me that? Its no business whatsoever of some high-and-mighty self righteous hardware store manager to ask me ANY of that..... I bought the faucets with my own cash money, and he believes hes right in asking me if I "really bought them".... Then he says, after at this point refusing to even TRY to be civil..... "any argument you may have is moot considering I cant find any record of home depot ever carrying these faucets, and both of my employees say they told you we couldnt do anything" and I proceeded to tell him that he cant say they never carried them because I am literally looking at them on the home depot website. And finally he summed up his long list of personal remarks and irrelevant questions (attempting to PROVE I was trying to pull some underhanded trick on him) that "anyways, it doesnt matter because the faucets were clearly WELL over 90 days old" which is, again, a lie. The faucets are by American Standard in estate bronze finish. Both still in their SEALED boxes, with some other home depot sticker on the side. Yet he wants to play god and accuse me of "pulling the original stickers off" because of a spot on the lid where a piece of tape was. What an unprofessional and blatantly BAD employee. I explained a hundred times that its either bring them back to home depot, in hopes of even a PORTION of the $300 back in store credit....... or I could have taken that money and might as well have thrown it down the toilet. Totally unnaceptable behaviour on his part. The entire visit to that location turned out to be just some big attempt at making me out to be a criminal for not keeping my reciept. Anyways, I left, and started my 4 hour journey back home, and while I was driving called home depot hotline. Needless to say, they confirmed that Mike, and his associates were incorrect on ALL accounts. Luckily for me, home depot has taken care of the problem and alert the next store on my way home of my problem and they are more than happy to process the exchange. While home depot as a company is helpful and nice, the magnolia location should majorly reconsider their hierarchy of management. I feel bad for anyone who has had to deal with this Mike person in the past, and hope nobody has to deal with him in the future. I know I will NEVER shop that location again. Ive filed a report, and will continue to pursue this until specifically Mike and his two associates answer for their actions.

This review is specific to their paint department. I have never experienced such level of incompetence from a paint department anywhere. If you pick a color card they can make it for you without a problem. If you have a swatch color matched and it comes out slightly different do not expect the "paint specialist" to know what needs to be done to fix it. I had two of their paint employees literally say "I do not know what you want me to do", as if asking me to have the expertise on how to correct paint color. I specifically went there because a product I had purchased the day before (color matched from a sample) turned out to have too many pink undertones. Anyone with any training in paint would be able to suggest something on how to balance these out. They had never been trained in correcting or even thinking about basic paint tinting issues. I actually had one of them suggest adding 4 drops of white to erase the 4 drops of red that were in the formula. Now that is improper training. They also suggested that I just go and randomly start picking color cards of the color I wanted so they could then try to make it from the formula I had. This would literally take forever as once you have certain levels of pigment in a paint formula, you cant take them out so essentially they wanted me to guess which colors they might be able to produce and then bring it to them so they could tell me if it could be made or not. The process would be time consuming as essentially I would have to get lucky picking something that could be made from the paint I had instead of having them alter the pigments in the formula I was already bringing in to correct the pink undertones.. Paint employees at this home depot should have at least basic training on how to troubleshoot common problems that may arise with paint (too pink, too gray, too dark, etc). I had to go to a Sherwin-Williams store to be told that usually to correct pink they add more green. The employees at this home depot wanted me to be the person with the expertise on color correction and then to spoon-feed them this information so they could push a button and be done with the issue. If you have any type of need for someone who actually knows paint steer clear of this location.

Horrible, horrible service. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My mother ordered blinds in March, had some issues with the order, and no one contacted her about it. We had to contact them and was told that it was fixed, and that we would have them delivered soon, and that they scheduled someone to come and install the blinds for us on the 27th of April. Come April 27th, the installation guy came and asked us where the blinds were at. We told them that the blinds had not been delivered yet, and was told that it was suppose to come today. He left, we called customer service, and then was told that there was a problem with the order and that we have to reschedule for tomorrow. My mother took off work so it could be done today. What kind of service is this? Really disappointed in you guys, and will make sure that my family and friends do not go here. Thank-you for wasting our time.
