The electrician who helped us was great and knew exactly what we needed, pretty much everybody was great except in the flooring department. We dealt with all the employees in that department and only two of them knew anything about it. The installers they hired were great, but the schedulers couldnt coordinate anything and I had to keep correcting them in order to avoid being charged twice for the install. Dont expect them to be punctual with letting you know things are back ordered or to take you seriously when you call in to find out why you didnt recieve the items you expected. I am definitely not impressed with the flooring department or those responsible of coordinating and scheduling the installation.

This place sucks!! They dont even know about the stuff they rent out. Rented a drum sander and asked is it easy to put on the belt . Oh yeah just slide on the belt the flip the switch. Guess what there is no freaking switch.you just turn it on and it tighten up. Took me 20 mins to get that answer. I will never rent from this horrible place again. I had to call twice and finally got the manager and he at least read about the machine and got me the answer. Glad I did the 24 hrs rental bc the 5 hr would have done nothing for me. Bc it took that much time for them to figure out how to run the sander. Again I say worthless. If you rent it you better know how to work it.

I stood by the grills directly in front of the "customer service" desk for over 30 minutes. Multiple employees walked passed, not even making eye contact much less offering any form of assistance. Finally I went up to the "customer service" desk, asked for assistance, and was told someone would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later I walked out passing 3 more employees that once again ignored me. Ive had better customer service at Walmart. Home depot is already known for bad customer service, but this was truly ridiculous. I would rather be limited to only shopping at Walmart, on black Friday, for the rest of my life than return to your store. Good day sir.

I was in Home Depot Cypress last night around 8:30pm on 7/19/2017 for a gallon of paint. The paint employee mixed my paint and was called away by other customers and my paint was ready to be removed from the shaking machine. I had finished my shopping and didnt want to interrupt the employee. I asked a young blonde boy stocking the shelf with light bulbs if he could help me and he told me "no, thats not my department". Really? Not impressed at all with that response. Its a good thing there are other stores with better service. I opened the machine myself and took out my paint. Going back to Lowes, they at least try to help or find someone who can help.

Kathy Zientek at the Home Depot off of 290 is seriously badass, I have never had down right no filter heads up on what to buy like that before. She took extremely good care of me and wasnt about to sell me bs. She knew exactly what she was talking about and got me what i needed. Ive never dealt with anyone who was selling me something and trying to get me the better deal like that, no bs she wanted to HELP ME, and I appreciate her so much! Thank you Kathy!!

I wont do anymore business here. Its unorganized and typically over priced. Make sure to save ALL receipts in case you need to make a return. I bought an $8 set of Christmas lights tried to return them, unopened, a few days later without the receipt and theyd only give me $2 back! Worst return policy ever.

Terrible customer service. Still the best HD in the area to order online and pick up in the area. If someone were to ask me 8-9 months ago how Id rate this store a 4-5 but all of those employees are gone now. Pro - online order pick up, returns Cons - customer service is CRAP

Brought power washer here in early May 2014 to get repaired, nobody knows where it is yet and tomorrow is October 1st. However, they charged me an extra $120 late fee for turning the power washer I rented in 2 hours late. Nobody seems to care really know what to do or care....

They earned the 5 stars today. Bought grill day before memorial day 2017, so you can only imagine how busy they were on that Saturday at 3pm. They were courteous at the front and helped load my grill at the door. Thank you all. I will see you all again for sure.

Customer service is horrible. I cancelled my order at home depot after waiting an hour and walked out. Drove across the street to Lowes and in Less than 15 minutes three people offered assistance and I had my order loaded in my truck and driving off!

Their service is ok, but I had trouble. I rented a truck. It was only 3/4 fuel. I had to pay a quarter of gas. Checking a vehicle before you drive.
