The woman here was very rude and she needs to work on her customer service skills. She did not issue me a tracking number and after calling twice she redirected me to customer service, who is not authorized to issue tracking numbers. She was in a rush to get the packages out to the delivery man so she didnt take the time to give me a tracking number. Not to mention while I was there before, she was very rude to not only myself but the other customers as well.

Vickie was very unhelpful and needs to work on her customer service skills. Spent nearly an hour and half to ship 3 packages. Even though I was there at 5 PM she kept side stepping and assisting her regular customers to make the 6:00 PM pick-up. As a result my packages did not make the cut-off for that day. I would recommend going to another store in area.

I can see why others rate this badly if only Vickie is working she can be rude but Ken the store manager was very nice, friendly, and very helpful. Very small store but got me in an out very quickly. Hard to see the location though.

This FedEx location is pretty small, but the service was gret. Ken helped me a great deal. He was very professional and got me on my way in no time. Ill be returning here for anything I need in the future.

Most HORRIBLE service I have EVER EVER received. I work in the building and will drive to UPS or another FED EX store. This woman is just awful.
